OK ... much better info in your description than most have about what their video is about ... some folks think that just posting their vid with no further explanation tells the entire theme ... uh, NO, you must write a description of what's going on in your video to place with the vid, DUH! So, I commend you for doing just that ... BUT, I am a Michigan Farmboy, have a great affinity & understanding for most all things farming ... BUT ... what exactly is "digestate" that is being applied to the soil here? I've never read or heard that term before, let alone seen it applied before ... perhaps. Are we talking a super-fancy liquid manure spreader here?
@@ArchersView Wow, I had to Google it: "Anaerobic digestion is a sequence of processes by which microorganisms break down biodegradable material in the absence of oxygen. The process is used for industrial or domestic purposes to manage waste or to produce fuels." -- Wikipedia So, I was correct, you have posted a video of a really amazing highly-advanced MONSTER liquid manure spreader ... albeit, liquid manure that has been processed quite a while in a large oxygen-free tank, worked on by microscopic critters to apparently remove much of the objectionable components. Yet the nutrients remain that make it valuable as fertilizer. Have I missed anything? The Tree Huggers over here in the States give us Hell for using technology such as this. Too many Global Warming products. I guess they'd rather have the farmers spreading liquid pig manure and solid cattle manure the old-fashioned way that I remember it. The neighbors for a few miles around couldn't leave their windows open for a few days.
