I think another good include (although mana heavy) is Wave of Vitriol. Everybody sacrifices all artifacts they control to get around indestructible creatures and then Yigra is the only thing left with a Gazillion counters!
Also, you could play Living Lands and Yavimaya cradle of growth, all lands are forests and now 1/1 creatures. Play Yedora Grave Gardener and Kaervek the Spiteful. All lands will die, trigger Ygra, Yedora gives you the option to return them face down as forests. They become 1/1s. They die again. Rinse repeat to your heart’s sadistic content
Only problem is that the bane also kills itself. It enters the battlefield as an artifact creature, blows up all artifacts, and dies. then again, 6 mana for a boardwipe which hits everything but your not 40/40 commander it pretty good (yes Ygra gets that big, just resolve 1 boardwipe against a token player)
Seeds of innocence is great, 3 mana destroy all creatures except for Ygra leaving her with god knows how many counters + if they have targeted removal they need to commit a creature to the board to kill her for the ward
