We first sang this song in the early 80s. We sing it now as a last encore, and as a tribute to an aging diva who will perform it probably for the last time (kasi hindi na nya maabot yung mganota). - เพลง
Probably the only batch that can deliver comedy without being contrived in fact, I think it's the only batch that does comedy at all. They're very funny with their farcical solo arias complete with choreos and gestures, and very updated with the latest dance moves and still not losing the tune or pitch. I'm very very impressed. Just wondering if they've ever performed this in their international concert tours. It would've brought the house down and start a viral trend for choirs /ensembles. I personally would've loved to see the faces of the foreign audiences and their reactions. Kudos to batch 89! Ang husay nitong Italian Salad. Bravissimo! Exito!

That's wonderful. Sadly though, I guess that was the last of it since there's hardly any stories, anecdotal or otherwise, that would give the idea that every succeeding generation of Madz still performs this wildly entertaining and classically off beat farce piece. I sure wish this performance gets put in the archives for posterity, hopefully recorded professionally too. Again, kudos to the soon to be sexagenarian batch hehehe

It s very hard to stop yourself from laughing. Trust me, I have sung some of the songs by the Madz (not this though. I wish we had sung it) *It is hard!* In our case, we always say, "Ubusin nyo ang tawa sa rehersals." I think some of the actions by the Madz were thought of without the knowledge of others. That is why you can see some of them laughing during the solos.
