Roll Printing to Substrate Printing on a Hybrid

our model CET has an dancer bar on the back side that I don't see in this video.I am having problems with 126 inch banner material waving after about 10 feet.Our distrubutor has a tech that doesn't know how to thread it or set it. can u guys help?
