Hi guys! Today I made Indian-style White Sauce Cream Pasta using thick rigatoni! I also brought garlic baguette, pickles, jalapeno, and pickled pepper and onion! I was craving cheesy pasta with thick sauce, and then I found a recipe for Indian-style Pasta, so I decided to try it! Make the sauce with a roux, stir-fry bell pepper, onion, sweet corn, and carrot, and add the vegetables and boiled pasta to the sauce. Season with salt and pepper, add mixed herbs and crushed red pepper. That's it! Since each piece was covered with the sauce, it was so buttery and rich! I also liked the texture because of the stir-fried vegetables! It was delicious to eat the crispy garlic baguette with the pasta! This is my first time trying Indian-style pasta, and I loved its flavor and texture because of the various kinds of vegetables! I'm going to make different kinds of Indian-style pasta from now on!
