Sadhu, Ajahn! You are changing lives with this instruction. Please continue to teach the Dhamma for the benefit and welfare of human and divine beings! We are blessed to have your Insight.
I am now learning about all of this things, and yeah I am one of the persons who thought that there must be a recipe for meditation...so thank you for the clarification...it was just in time...
Thank you for uploading this. I want, need to learn about healthy detachment more as of late, so I really appreciate the timing of this lesson; let go.
I have a question: what would you say is the best way to deal with narcissistic family members and a narcissistic boss? I have failing health, I have struggled with depression most of my life. I'm not a very confident person, which led me to neglect my own well-being since I was a child. All of this makes my practice extremely difficult. Where should I start?
Brilliant talk, im blown away! Thank you❤❤

I can relate to what you are writing. Good question. 👍
Leave it all and find some other work. I did and I am so much happier and healthier.
