They're both very similar actually (gasket mount, FR4 plate, back weights, QMK/VIA support, price) but the Womier RD75 Pro has bigger battery capacity and has that innovative magnetic ball-catch system for super easy disassembly.

Split space bar, no. Stepped capslock I believe should still work.
