- Loic Bruni, the current World Cup DH overall leader and reigning downhill World Champion, interviews Brendan Fairclough at the Lenzerheide race. He and Brendan discuss what it means to be a pro downhill racer, competing in Red Bull Rampage and the future of the sport. Brendan recently missed qualifying at the Lenzerheide World Cup, but still agreed to sit down with Loic for the discussion. Yeah, Brendan!

Rampage made a huge mistake with the judging that day, nice that the fans let them know.
Brentdog is my favorite UCI athlete, he tells it like he sees it and he is who he is! Go Brendan!
I have no idea how Brendan, Josh, Bernard, Danny, etc, etc can learn all their skills in the woods of England. He was talking about accessibility of the sport, but nobody does more than those guys by showing how just messing about in the woods can lead to professional careers. Love watching their 'Slice of Pie' segments and bits of GMBN, etc.
Seshing areas man. Uplifts are a pretty recent thing here, and lift access doesn't exist apart from a few places in the middle of Scotland. Do a full few runs, but use it to identify sections you like. On the next run, work your way down, doing short pushes back up in the good bits till you've ruined that corner, and you'd better move on before the trail boss sees! 😂

Haha relax brendog its all good... no need to feel self conscious about talking too much it was great insight and your right no regrets and loic is honestly not trying to get in your head, for his own personal gains but its more about you and therapy for yourself and career which it seems to be in a great place right now so keep your blinders on and take it one step at a time like you have been and enjoy life, enjoy your family life too and all of its blessings. 🤙🏾
