Sir, my claim status shows cdx has made 'a' as remark and new option to upload condonation certificate is visible. So how can i get the condonation certificate in bsf . Plz reply
Your claim was submitted before the completion of 6 months, so write the full details of the date of uploading the claim along with the date of admission and date of discharge and make a PDF of it and upload it in place of the Condonation Certificate and in it you should write that since my six months have not been completed, I do not need to upload the Condonation Certificate, please take my bill in the process of reimbursement.

Did you submit the claim 6 months ago or later?
I was admitted on 11th january 2024 and i submitted my application on 5th july 2024 . Still they show to upload condonation certificate..

The Condonation Certificate is issued by the Sector IG of the concerned department.
