What did the law of God say again?? What about the man?

I praise God for what He did in his life, and subsequently in the lives of many others. We just need to remember at all times that God is in control. We may get surprised or disappointed at things but the Lord does not - He knows everything already. We may have envisioned different plans but we can trust that God knows what He is doing and that His plans surpass ours by far. I find the following scripture a fitting one. In times when I find myself thinking/asking "but WHY, Lord?" it is good to think of what the Lord Jesus said to Peter: ‘Jesus answered and said to him, “What I am doing you do not understand now, but you will know after this.”’ John 13:7 NKJV I know this was said in a different context but I just feel like it is very fitting. Also in Nabeel Qureshi's testimony he spoke about how after his parents found out about him finding Jesus, they did not take it very well and Nabeel was very very hurt and distraught. He went to his place and, crying, repeatedly cried out to God "why didn't you kill me [after I was saved but before my parents found out; so they would be spared from this heartbreak]?" and the Lord spoke to his heart because he got the answer: "because it's not about you." Wow. Especially, knowing now where the Lord took him, the places he went and told people about Christ, his ministry - I'm just amazed. God always knew what He was going to do, I believe. I find John 13:7 fitting in this story, as well. We just see our tiny part of the puzzle, our limited vision - but the Lord sees the big picture and knows all. We can trust Him and know that He is God, and that He is all-wise and all-knowing.
