Nova’s speech is such a testament to how well she embodies a character. Very few D&D players I know of can deliver that speech as well as she did. Legit perfection

Kim’s speech in this episode was amazing. I had goosebumps just listening to it and imagining a tiny Nova in front of a hostile crowd. The title Champion of Aerois barely does Nova justice. After this, *I* feel like a child of Vortinssar!
I love episodes like this cus Kim just freaking shines. [spoils] The speech is, of course, incredible but what really tore at me was the desperation of Nova crying out to be believed as the battle swallows her plea and the situation just devolves. Like, that was heartbreaking.
Not even Hadar gives me as much anxiety as this party attempting to stealth a mission xD This whole time I was thinking they should put everything into that speech, get a nice riot going and let the angry crowd destroy the devices or something, do the things they can't do alone even as heroes. The speech was awesome, too bad it wasn't enough. Can't wait to see how this all turns out. Down with #shamsara!
I love that for all their high leveliness, the most certain and assured foil to the group is any form of cloak and dagger operation, stealth or deception, they can't do it all
Honestly, you gotta respect the Stormchasers: No matter how much they fail at stealth missions, they keep trying, and that's called TENACITY! Kinda spoilers under the cut: This has got to be one of the most insanely unique and fun encounters, starting this series I would have never guessed they would be infiltrating a propaganda kpop star's concert to stop them from exploding the entire city.
Very good speech, well delivered. Wonder if Kim rehearsed that one? :p In these cases, I always think about that line from Batman V Superman, where Bruce says even a 1% chance that something goes wrong has to be treated as a 100% certainty, because the stakes are so high that nothing less than absolute certainty can be accepted. I like that Nova touched on that in her speech, mentioning the devices are untested and stuff. Edit: aila has the strength to throw a coin with enough force to kill a commoner instantly. God damn.
With all the very hilarious things that have happened this campaign, I think I finally hit the first time I've laughed out loud while watching at work after Trott decides he doesn't need to hear any more costume descriptions.

I like how Mark makes harmony the character of progress for progresses sake, generally is not a good idea because blind ambition without the consent of the people forms repressive and generally dictorial rulers

You'd think at some point one of them would just say to the camera "Shansara once left us to die in space after we caught her performing horrific humanoid experiments on Tritons. Also her literal title is 'Propaganda Specialist'"
Man, out of all the villains, Kallus, Xarkira, Lord Voracitor...Shansara just...rustles my jimmies so much, even tho she is like... an evil kpop star. Maybe it's the rampant gaslighting... Also i need to know what is the name of the music track, when things devolve into battle at the end. Anyone knows? Please. I need to know.
Hmm wonder if the villians master plan is to trade the town for power from hadar. It seems based on the dark sentile robot things that hadar will grant power to those whom feed him and these forces do follow another villain whom thinks her current leaders plan will fail to stop hadar, which in turn means they're looking for a new alliance. Siding with hadar would probably grant them a bonus of power that they seem to crave?
Fly does not let you hover. If you go prone in the air whilst not hovering you fall and take fall damage. It also has no clause like levitate that makes you fall safely.
I know it's mega late, but lost concentration on a 3rd level spell and 21 damage is a lot, even for an 18th level sorcerer, since there's an addendum to the being knocked prone while flying: "unless... it is being held aloft by magic, such as by the fly spell." It's not the biggest issue in the world and probably won't be the end of the party or Lucius, but it will be a detriment to Lucius' ability to take part since he's far away and would have to use a spell slot and action to redo something that shouldn't have been undone. Just something to consider at least for future reference with the fly spell and other things with hover speeds. Good game as always!

This was an excellent episode and as I have said so many times before....love you all so much!💜
Personally I think the speech was not convincing. If she had some illusion spells thrown up showing the destruction or casting zone of truth it might have been better.

This episode really shows Kim’s development as a player since she started playing Nova
This whole arc would be an AMAZING assassin's creed/metal gear-esque stealth game. I would buy it in a heartbeat
