- This Video is specifically made to share my experience in repairing of an IGBT welding machine .
Here all steps and care taken to ensure that the IGBT replaced works sucessfully .
Some parts of the Video is missing though ( like resistor replacement & Relay circuit etc etc )....but have taken care to cover most of the important topics.

सर वेल्डिंग मशीन रिपेयर करने के बाद multtimeter से चेक करने पर igbt और section ठीक दिखाता है मशीन on करके चेक करते समय igbt खराब(फट) जाती है आप कोई ऐसा oscilloscope recommend कीजिए जिससे पहले ही चेक करके पता चल जाए की फ्रीक्वेंसी सही बन रही ही या नहीं igbt और section ठीक हे या नही please sir

Sir please explain how to solve low current problem in mosfet based welding machies.
At 0 amps and at 200 amps settings on potentiometer, welding current is very low.
How can we solve this problem. Feedback circuit issue, this problem is still there
even after changing the control card. Please make a video on this topic.
