I feel like this does everything the EDP does and more which makes it versatile. It has great sillage and last longer than any other givenchy I’ve tried. Similar vibe to the discontinued Dior Homme Eau for men which is in my top 3 fragrance of all time.
I have the sample, and I just sprayed it on my hand and it's one of them perfumes I cannot stop smelling and the dry-down is amazing with my skin chemistry... I gotta buy this😭😂
I just bought this and I love it. Right up to the top of my favorites list. At dry down I smell dry iris, dry cedar and cypress with an underlying sweet. Rather than a lot of sweetness carrying the scent to you, it is more the scent carrying a understated sweetness. Highly recommended 👌. Super classy, can definitely be worn dressed up

I agree. I was honestly surprised due to how good this is. I was thinking about getting the new reserve privee but after I sprayed the tester at ulta the other day im dead set on this one, it’s much more versatile.
@@brian_fantana i personally haven’t smelled the edp either but i heard it has some similarities with Dior homme intense so I wouldnt let say it’s redundant as the edt intense is much more of a fresh, spicy fragrance.

I recently bought Boisee and it is now my favourite fragrance even over Spicebomb EDT, Extreme, and La Nuit De'homme. Which is saying a lot because I love those fragrances. I might need to also pick this one up. Givenchy has become a fragrance house I am happy to blind buy from.

Would be interesting to see you making a video where you recommend some fragrances based on notes, like iris,tobacco,vanilla,tonka maybe a list of ones for beginner, someone in the fragrance game and a niche enthusiast. Keep up the good work!

Gentlemen * Gentlemen Only. Are understated within the fragrance community. Givenchy is a powerhouse of fashion. And they bring that into the fragrance community. I ask anyone out there...and I believe the MC of this channel will agree , this is a solid house!!

Yeah you most likely have the Edt intense i get a creamy coconut vibe as well
I suddenly got an itch to wear cologne after not wearing it for 20 years. Went to the store to get Acqua di gio (was the last cologne i used) and Sauvage (the current ‘thing’). While at the store, decided to smell other ones. Even after smelling them all, i kept going back to the Gentleman just to smell it again. Then sprayed my finger to carry it with me so i didnt have to keep going back. Couldnt stop smelling it. Put the ADG back, and got the Gentleman. Knew nothing about it, didnt read anything or watch video reviews. It was a ‘discovery’ for me. I didn’t even know it was called intense until i got home. Kept smelling my fingers on the way home.
Sauvage is certainly not the current thing...
