  • A rough summary of the old spelljammer- all solar systems are in sealed crystal spheres, floating in a sea of god-repellent (and flammable) material called “phlogiston.” the currents of this sea are sailed from sphere to sphere. It’s like sea travel if the continents were also slowly floating. Now it’s removed and half-jammed into the astral plane, because add murky planar travel always simplifies things. What we lose here is SO much imo! Not so much In this sphere, stars are actually massive lightning bugs crawling on the metal. In that one the constellations are titanic comic beings. Why is your cleric risking this? because the gods can’t GET to other spheres, so they need the cleric to get to the other side and open a gate to bridge the gap. That's also why gods can change in some realms, or magic works differently. Unpopular I know, but I'll miss this.

This is literally the only video on TH-cam taken any amount of details about the space clown. Thank you for your service.

I started choking with laughter when it progressed to "I just see Gamzee".

I was TRYING to write a script on encounter design, but then I found out about this and couldn't stop myself from talking about it. So next week will have CR 101, but this week had to be Space Clowns.

ok this has gotten 6-12 views per week, every week, consistently, since launch. it has not sped up or slowed since day 3 of release. the quality hurts me at this point, but this is just bizarre. guess I need to do more book or monster reviews or something.
