I think this is the reason surrogacy laws should be very strict. It's not just renting a womb you put a girls life on risk and they were like nah I'm good now. There is no definition of good or bad child. How you make the grow is what makes them good or bad
How are laws related to surrogacy? I've never thought about it, but I agree it should be very strict and leave no room for leaving the surrogate mother in situations like that.
How are we going to enforce them on foreigners?? We need some kind of treaty with other countries to enforce these laws on their citizens and only allow those countries citizens for surrogacy.
@@rebelfly okay first of all no unmarried woman should be a surrogate specially in India carrying a baby means not only you effect your body but emotionally too. Also India is not a society where any girl can carry a baby and no one ask for that thing it will ruin her life if anyone got to know about it.

Forget about the main character I am a huge huge fan of supporting character SAI TAMHANKAR she is the highest paid Marathi actress in Marathi Film Industry... She is very sweet
I loved this film and was one of my favourites of the year. Pankaj and Kriti had amazing chemistry. I just thought that in the end, the baby would turn out to have Down syndrome but Mimi still kept it so it had a nice message that just because a kid is mentally disabled, it can be loved the same. Still liked the film - those goras were the worst.

That ice thing is called gola. It's crushed ice that is shaped in a glass and a popsicle stick is added to it. It is usually flavored with different syrups. like coke, strawberry, raspberry, etc. You can even go crazy and do like multiple flavors at a time.

I really hate the fact that these american couples rejected to take their own baby....it doesn't matter how the baby is....but it's your own child and a pure mother who loves her child no matter what would never ever do that or maybe even never think of doing that....and also it is their's sperms right then its their fault if the baby is mentally disabled not the girl who took her in her own damn womb!!!!! It's really f**ked up....I've seen these movie thrice and now the fourth time with you guys believe me every time i watched these movie made me feel so so bad each and every single time for the behaviour they did....A mother who differentiates her baby in the terms of health is just not a mother any more...because a mother can give up her life for her baby no matter how mentally ill or disabled her own child is...Every child is a blessing indeed!!!...And believe me they don't even deserve to have a healthy child!!!!!..It's just shameful!!!!!!

This is why I am not a fan of surrogacy. There are exceptions of course, but most times, it's not about the couple wanting to be parents or an an individual wanting to be a parent, but about wanting to have (buy) a baby.
