The $300 dollar wallet seemed outrageous to you but the custom knife that had to Be around a $1000 was acceptable . People make high end and custom versions of every single thing in life. Just because you don’t value it doesn’t mean other people won’t. And the things your willing to spend your money on is worthless in other people’s eyes.

I was digging that F22 until you said it was $300. It solves the problem Ridge Wallets have with it being hard to get singular cards out, but damn that's steep for a wallet.

They are completely hand-tooled and made from scratch 100% in the USA so, even though I agree the titanium is pricey you get what you pay for I think.

@@jojojojoundso Some people do tend to spend a lot of money on trendy things. What I found puzzling is going to The Blade Show and buying a wallet. There was always other sources for that online, like Amazon. But coming away from the show without any real knives I found odd. Could of bought a pretty nice fixed blade for that wallet money. You are right about that money clip thing.
These stupid card holders will hold all kinds of cards......except, the covid vac card or any paper card (like my life insurance or car insurance cards).

Love seeing your haul. I kept an eye out for ya, but no luck. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my first Blade Show! A few notes... Greg Stevens was awesome. I didn't pull the trigger on a watch and am regretting it. The Blue Steel Runt was crazy cool to look at, but it was way too small. Purchased a Peña X Series Barlow. I'd never used a front flipper before and now can't put it down. The crew at Vero Engineering was probably my favorite with whom to interact and I bought a Synapse which I am loving. I can't wait for the Impulse Mini and some red end cut CF milled scales for it like the XL. Ramon Chavez was so thoughtful and warm considering I am a newbie with little knowledge. Made a couple of new friends and look forward to continuing the journey with insights from guys like Taylor Martin. Carry on!

Bring back the flashlight videos. I had to go back two years to find info on small carry lights. A lot of updates in two years.
The wallet and flashlight alone would set you back 700-800$ wow
The f22 wallet made me think of years ago, before the channel restart, when you were doing DIY for a couple wallets.
Overall what a great selection of items you grab there. Wonderful that you enjoyed your time there and cannot wait to hear your thoughts on the brands that were there.

$300 for a wallet! $425 for a flashlight! The average person just cannot afford these things! I carry a custom leather wallet I picked up in Sedona and a simple LED Solitare provide all the light I need!

Awesome scores from the show! The Accomplice and Mula custom are definitely my favorite! I have the same kraken chip just not as clean as yours, it’s the distressed brass which I absolutely love!

*would think that a magnet on a money clip that holds credit cards would be a problem given that magnetic strips on these cards might be erased after prolonged exposure even if minimal it would eventually have an effect...awesome design otherwise*

I feel ya on wearing smart watches for tracking activity and missing analog watches. I just started wearing my analogs on the weekends, Fri- Sun, and that scratched the itch.

I am so jealous of that bugout, I also saw in some other video that there was a camo cerakote bugout, so cool!
Check out the fossil hybrid watches, they are analogue and also count your steps. I have a few of them with different dials.

I’m a fan of the little liner outline or shadow box (I think that’s what I’ve heard it’s been called) a little surprised how many people done like it
I have solved the step tracking problem using the Garmin Vivosmart on my left hand together with my handmade silver Byzantine prayer bracelet and my custom Seiko SKX with 6R15 movement on my right hand. It is the smallest of all devices out there and the rubber once passed in through the clip, stays snug in there with no movement and no back draw plus it does not protrude like all the other devices do. You will forget you are wearing it and it will do exactly what it is supposed to do even better. All watches that also track heart beats do not sample in real time, they take samples every other minute. Wrist bands track your movements and heart rate every split second. Think about practicallity and getting the best out of your devices plus looking good wearing a superb analog watch! Hope this helped you.

If u want to wear an analogue watch, but also want to track your fitness, check out Oura Rings. It tracks the same info that your smart watch does, but it’s a ring. Looks cool, works well, and frees up ur wrist for a real watch. Love the vids, keep up the good work. If u pick up one of these rings, make sure to make a video about em.

As for step tracking - maybe try Garmin Vivosmart 4? It's very low profile and it still ties nicely to Garmin Ecosystem. You can wear it on one wrist, while wearing analog watches on the other :)
Not fully analog, but the Fossil hybrid smartwatch's are a little bit of both. Analog hand's with the digital display under them.

Hey Taylor I think there's phone apps that can track your steps, might be worth looking into when you want to change up the watch

Similar to how I feel about the blade HQ exclusive bugout with off-white g10 and 20cv. Feels sturdy perfect blade steel (for the bugout) and the best color way imo.

Everyone losing their mind over the $300 wallet… it’s only that expensive because it’s titanium. He said you can get the wallet in cheaper materials. Or don’t get the wallet. He’s just showing what HE bought.

Huge fan with a quick question….Kubey Knives, any thoughts? Been getting some emails and seeing the name more and more. Looked at the knives, like the noble, and it looks good on paper. D2, flipper and decent scales for about $50.

Nice CWF Micro Arcadian, but a little pricey. Have you tried running your Olight i3T with a 10440? By my measurement it puts out 450 lumen on high and 50 lumen on low.

I love my olight i5t and I use it everyday at work and in my daily life. Are there any similar sized flashlights that have a higher output than 300 lumens for around the $50 mark?
