23 minutes into this interview and I felt just one thing .....This girl Kartika is a hero!! Never knew she went through all of this! This is an invaluable sharing because it gives all of us soooooo much hope.... nothing but hope that we can overcome this too!
Totally agree with Kartika, I started my journey with LOA as well years ago. But someone who has traumatized Nervous system, no amount of positive thinking can shift energy or regulate the Nervous system fully and effectively. Its like there is unimaginable negative momentum because of trauma creating mental, physical, spiritual symptoms so untill you transmute that stuck/stagnated energy in your body and energetic field, it's really difficult to create positive momentum to manifest things/ desires easily. What I noticed with people like Anjana is that they do not have so much resistance as people who have had trauma either from their current or parallel/ past life, so it is easy for them comparatively to maintain high vibration state I really used to envy such people until I realize I have traumas to work on, regulate my Nervous system. LOA is just a tip of a iceberg. Now i wonder If I hadn't have these traumas I wouldn't have gone through such depth of spirituality, life, emotions, human incarnation. One of my favorite teacher says "life is not an intellectual journey, it's an emotional journey" Huge love to both of you guys ❤️
@@chioumiowz63 I would suggest taking professional help here who is expert in Trauma healing and nervous system regulation There some channels (therapy in nutshell, Irene Lyon and more) on TH-cam that are dedicated to somatic healing and nervous system regulation and trauma healing . That will help you a lot to have some understanding of whats happening with you. Start journaling limiting beliefs corresponding to your desires too that also helps you intellectually along with body based emotional work An eg. of how I do Moment when I triggered I feel anxious or racing heart or any physical or emotional sensation, I try to breathe, relax, do some body movement then when I am feeling better I retrospect about how I felt, my reaction etc. in most cases it takes lot of practice.
