These songs were already giving me strange DOOM vibes, but after reading this, I can't help but think of Doomguy in your story here. Very well written!

Love the retrospective sway, the raw and honest pain and emotion, the loss and grief. I think for many this is the COVID-19 ANTHEM! My daughter turned me onto their version of "Sound of Silence". Since then, they have become my new favorite band. Can't wait until their tour again after COVID! Hopefully they'll hit up North Carolina!

I love the electric guitar in this intro it’s bad ass 🤟🏽🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥I know what’s it’s like to be in an asylum have been in one years back and couldn’t escape I hated my mom because she would abuse me and have been mentally unstable due to my family abusing me and my own family member touched me inappropriately that I wanted to end my life thanks to this song I released my anger and got out of the torment I’m still dealing with the sickening past but trying to hold on til this day disturbed forever 🤟🏽

god i love the intro. finding it made me love the song a lot more. it flows in pretty damn well.
It amuses me the fact that he is a great guitar player, his solos are great, but still, most of the songs do not exploit of his ability.
Unfortunately, the band seems to be moving further away from that type of sound. Their stuff is still good but I miss their heavy metal.
Dan is my favorite guitarist, even tho i listen to a lot of metal and rock, still he is underrated in my eyes, dude has a lot of awesome solos.
