I couldn't help but notice your muscles! You look so good in your tops.
Also i loved all your knits. Such a shame that some of them weren't made using the right yarn or had a sizing issue... especially the ripple bralette.
I also have the same issue as you with camisole no 5 too 🥲
    Excited for the part 2 ! :)

Thank you so much! 💪🏻 yeah it breaks my heart, but I try to think that thanks to them, I won't fail too many knits in the future and their sacrifice hasn't been in vain 😂🥲

This was really fun to watch! I always like to see what does and doesn’t get worn and why. So many look super cute, it’s sad that you they cut into your lats 😞

Thank you Céline! Yeah it's really heartbreaking 🥲 but at least now I know where I need to be extra cautious!

Omg that Cold Shoulder Crop has been on my queue ever since I saw it on you on IG!! But when I went to look at the pattern it looked different than yours so I always wondered why that was and I never got around to knitting it.
Is it very difficult to do the modifications you did? I'm wondering if it's worth it to try and get it to look like yours because I really like the design...I'm also not that experienced so I'm not sure if I could achieve it.
    Thanks!

That's a full circle moment 😂 the lace mods were tricky but it's a matter of trial and error: use paper and pen to note what you try out and stick to the same repeat, and be ready to start the first three rows of lace over ten times if necessary (it will be much easier with a lifeline). But once you crack the code, it's super easy and smooth! Basically, if it's written k2tog, yo, the opposite will be yo, ssk. The increases need to be mirrored as well.
For the cables at the underarm, it's a lot easier, you just continue knitting them straight! I hope this helps and that you will be successfull 💛 (don't forget to add short rows to the collar ribbing 😋)

Commenting halfway because your ripple halter is so nice! I just scrolled way far back on your Instagram to try find out, what was your waist shaping?
Looking at pattern photos, it looks like the angled detail is done with simultaneous increases/decreases? So did you just skip some increases to get a net stitch count decrease?

Thank you! Yess it's exactly that, you nailed it hehe 👌🏻 it hugs the side boob in a very satisfying way ✨️😂

I adore your self drafted trellis camisole. The pattern gives it the extra specialness. The double knit (I’m assuming) bands and straps look perfect. I’d love to make it if you ever decide to draft a pattern for it.

Thank you Jinhee! I have to admit it's one of my favorites self drafted tops, it's on top of the list for potential summery designs next year 😊

I really really love all your content! As I do lots of sports aswell, all the modifications you make, to get a better fit, are very helpful. You talk a lot about compound raglan in your previous podcasts. Would love to try that, but can´t find any good explanations online...

Thank you so much! It always makes me happy to hear I can help out people with similar issues as mine 💛
I know some designers who talk a lot about compound raglans, right now I can think of Aimee Sher and Jen Parroccini (jp_knits_things on insta) and I think they should have some resources available to explain how things works! Otherwise, the Doppio Sweater by Seung Hee Hong is an absolute wonder of a design and is a perfect compound raglan ✨️

You solved a mystery for me. I knit the Cold Shoulder Crop, and you are absolutely right that the design does not sit symmetrically. I kept thinking that somehow I was blocking it wrong. I do wear mine, but every time I see a mirror, I keep tugging it to align the center.

I'm so glad I could help! It's always delicate to give such a bad review on a design, but I do it in the hope it can help others out, so I'm really happy to know it did 😊
