HUGE Geographical PROBLEMS for the Qur'an! - Historical Anachronisms of the Qur'an - Ep. 5

  • The Qur'an has 65 geographical references. Within this number, only 9 places or people are named. The problem lies with the location of these references. They are all 600 miles north of Mecca. This is a huge span of land that is simply much too far from Mecca. Besides that, there have been no artifacts found in the foundations of Mecca that support the Quranic claim that Mecca was the center of the prophets and history itself. This is a huge embarrassment for Muslims. Watch as Al Fadi and Dr. Jay reveal the complete lack of historical and geographical support for the Qur'an’s claims.

@@defenderoftruth3212, then we'd all love for you to explain all these problems the koran has with the historical data/facts already displayed. While in Israel, they continue to find new evidence backing the Bible consistently. Like a couple years ago, the found King David's Signet Ring. The carbon dating put it in the correct era to back up the Bible's account. Then, you have all the records from outside of the Bible/Jews. That do much to back up the accounts that are in the Bible. Let's not even get into the name/birth status of so called muhamed. His birth name was 'human feces.' He was born to a slave couple, of the local lord. He's of no relation to Abraham, of which, I've been to his original home. In the end, 'fecal mater,' was a liar & a False Prophet, who is of the devil himself.

The Kaaba is the only thing left standing in the "oldest city". The rest of the structures (such as Muhammad's house and others) had been demolished to prevent later generation Muslims from worshiping them, or turning them into shrines.
Unlike mainstream Christians, who claim that they worship one God, but instead worship three, not to mention the countless saints, Muslims are not allowed to worship anything else besides Allah, and therefore the authorities work hard to remove "objects" that had the potential to be used as targets of worship.
The Kaaba was left standing as a direction guide, as Allah told us to pray "in its direction" (to be differentiated from praying to it) in the Quran.

Just 1 small fact like where are the 5 copies of the Qurans that were sent to the 5 provinces? Were they not protected as Allahs word or eaten by goats? Something of that significance, being the direct word of Allah, should have been guarded by pain of death if any harm came to them. There aren't even any stories of how they disappeared and one would think that would be a huge problem if even 1 was destroyed. Muslims controlled all those areas for 1400 years and they just lost them? What about the original?
There are so many problems with the Quran and Islam and I have not heard 1 good answer to any of them. If I were you I'd start looking at all the problems instead of just believing a warmonger, murderer, rapist and slaver from 1400 years ago..

I did not see any rhetorical questions being asked by Jay Smith. It very clear to me that he is speaking about how Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) was able to made contacts with Aads, Thamuds and Sabeans. According to him those people existed long before the Prophet existed. Hence, it is impossible for him to make contacts with those people. Jay Smith said this is because these people are mentioned in the Qur'an. He already disregarded the very fact that what Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) relayed to the people are revelations from God Allah SWT. And what is worst is that he already asked the Aads, Thamuds, Sabeans, but he evaded from asking other people mentioned in the Qur'an like Adam, Noah, Abraham, Isaac, Ishamel, Jacob, Joseph, Idris, Moses, Jesus, and others. His video is nothing but just for the sake of making a false criticism against the Qur'an.
Speaking of abrogation, I think Allah SWT sees it fit to abrogate a verse or have it be superseded by another verse. Like the verse that prohibits mankind from killing an innocent soul which is as if he kills the whole of humanity. This verse is being superseded by the permission to fight and kill the enemies as a retaliation from having them being pursued anymore they fled to avoid killing and being killed. -04-08-24

The ultimate end of that, was for him to go to heaven, and learn to teach 5 prayers a day, which is not in "his book" of revelation, however, this alleged epic trip, was a high point of his life. Allah could have easily revealed it via Jibril anyway. So the trip seems in part a later addition, to get people to adopt 5 prayers a day, which was popular because Zoroastrians did that. It's also staking a claim on Jerusalem, where in the later constructed narrative, he did not go on foot. If he was actually the fellow who attacked Jerusalem in the later 630s (after his official passing away in the narrative), then ironically he was there on foot.

The very purpose of why Allah SWT called up Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) for a one-on-one chat with Him in the 7th heaven was about the Prayer. The primary purpose why He created us (mankind) is for us to pray to Him. And in their chat, Allah SWT imposed to Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) the number of prayers per day which he imposed upon Moses which is 50 times. But none of the followers of Moses was able to fulfill it. But you cannot find this in the Torah too.
And so when the Prophet passed by the heaven where Moses was stationed, Moses informed to go back to ask that the number of prayers be lowered because even his followers failed to fulfill it. And so the Prophet bargained many times until it reached only 5 times. But even so, Moses still wanted to let him ask for a lesser number, but the Prophet told him that he is already ashamed. Thus, the 5-time daily prayer became final. But the reward is still equivalent to the 50-time daily prayer which Allah SWT imposed before to Moses and his followers.
Which one would like to choose, the 50-time daily prayer of Moses, or the 5-time daily prayer of Prophet Muhammad (pbuh)? Most likely, since Prophet jESUs (pbuh) did not break the law of Moses, he was praying 50-time a day. -04-05-24

1st king says you have to be righteous, pious, moral, honest, just, avoid intoxication, avoid gambling, no adultery, hard working, take care of your family and pray to God 5 times a day to enter his kingdom. This kingdom is heaven..
2nd Kingdom says, to enter my kingdom, you don't have to do any good works. My son is going to crucify himself for you, and all you have to do is to believe he saved you from sin and you can enter my kingdom. All are welcome. Sinners, lazy, liars, monsters, jackers, crackers, druggies, all are welcome. And this kingdom is also heaven.

Here is another issue; Medina is a City in Saudi Arabia, medina is Arabic for City. Notice the difference in capitalization between Medina and medina. Arabic has no such thing as capitalization. So the problem is in the Quran whenever Medina is mentioned, is it just saying medina, and later the city was named Medina to somehow attribute a location that was not initially referred to? So in Arabic, if I said "ithab illa al-medina", I am saying "I am going to THE city" and if I say "ithab illa medina", I am saying "I am going to A city". But with the naming of the city to Medina, it is confusing because am I going to A city, or the city of Medina?

If so, it would be cognate with the Hebrew equivalent "makom", which is a euphemism for the Temple or the Sanctuary.
So Mecca could be the name of any place where the Kaaba is at any time, just as Air Force One is whichever aircraft the President of the United States is on board.

Dr Christoph Luxemberg has shown that the Quran makes no reference to a place in the Hijaz but the terms ”makkah” and ”bakkah” mean something enterily different when going back to the syrioaramaic.
These are hence not anachronisms of the Quran or Qeryan but of the standard sunny shia narrative and the non-Quranic material used to support the SIN.
See for example in Luxemburgs book page 293 how Surah Al Kawhtar has been so missread and what an eisegesis that has been Done to it by the sunnis and shias.
I believe that Luxemburg covers some of the geographical terms in his videos and how they have been missread.

The hadiths say one can avoid that by becoming a martyr, which has encouraged some aggressive attacks historically, and become a "green bird of paradise" until the judgement, when houris will be provided. Now if Mohammed was really offering a way to be forgiven, muslims would not have to "walk through the fire". They do not know whether they will exit it. Does the Quran come across as from a prophet though ? Lots of ignorance, and an out-of-control temper at times. Where are the details of his life, where born, detailed episodes in his life, etc ? Blimey! I have never ever commented on youtube before, but this is just ridiculous. This is literally off the top of my head, just before rushing back form work, on the basis of a single double speed listen to this video. Summary: if this is the extent of your identification of Quran anachronisms, then God help you and anyone who listens to this. Really poor scholarship. I was hoping to be challenged by listening to this, but... nope.
    1. The Quran at no point says that the Prophet Muhammad (s) has been to or visited the people of Aad / Iram
    2. 'Have you not seen...' is a very frequent motif in the Quran referring to places and times way outside of the geographic location of the original listeners. It means 'do you not know...' The Prophet is rhetorically asked this about ancient times as well as far off places. If you don't understand figurative language, you should not be attempting a literary critique, my friends.
    3. More specifically, it is a reference to visible ruins that were very well known to the contemporary people being addressed by the Quran, because they passed them on their frequent trade missions to Syro-Palestine. It would be like talking to someone who had just got back from Italy and saying, 'did you not see what happened to the Romans', because they had visited the Colosseum. As it happens, the Prophet (s) himself used to go on such trade missions to these places and so may well have seen the ruins. This is a complete ignorance of history. There is an entire (short) chapter of the Quran that is about the trade missions of the Quraysh to the north (Syria) and south (Yemen). People travel, dude.
    4. The whole Petra question has been well and thoroughly debunked by any number of non-Muslim academics, most prominently Prof David King, who is the foremost expert in the world on Qibla studies and has two massive academic works on the subject. He calls Dan Bishop's writing shoddy scholarship.
    5. Make up your mind. Was Makka founded in ancient times, the 8th century or the Ottoman period? You literally contradict yourself in the space of three minutes.
    6. No historical artifacts: you can thank the Saudis for that. See if you can find any trace of the Ottoman fort you're talking about. The architects hung their heads in shame because their government has done the exact opposite or preserve archeological findings - they've actively destroyed them for fear of 'idolatry'.
Critique the Quran, if you wish, and if you think you can. God himself invites you to do so ('have you not contemplated over the Quran? Had it been from other than God, you would have found many contradictions therein'). But be honest about it. Lying does not further the glory of God.
    Peace out

PSALM 84 CONFIRMS QURAN: Mecca aka Bakkah in the Quran aka Baka in the Bible is mentioned in Psalm 84 as well as the House of God (Bayt Allah) or the Ka'aba. This Psalm was supposed to have been composed by David, so 'the house of God' mentioned in this Psalm could not be the 'temple' of Solomon. David's place of worship was the tabernacle tent which was never known as Bayt Alah (Allah). The tabernacle tent was known as (מִשְׁכַּן יְהוָה) mishkan Yhwh meaning the dwelling place of Yhwh (Numbers 16:9, 17:13, 19:13, 31:30, 1 Kings 2:28, 1 Chron 16:39 etc.). Bayt Allah is another name for the Kaaba. According to Wiki: " It ( the kaaba) is considered by Muslims to be the Bayt Allah (Arabic: بَيْت ٱللَّٰه, lit. 'House of God')..
The Psalm describes the journey of the pilgrims returning to Jerusalem from Bakkah/Baka where they visited the "house (בַּיִת) of Alah (אלֹהָֽ) in verses 3 & 4 which is (بيت اللّه) or Bayt Allah in Arabic. The Judeans would be very aware of Baka as Ishmaelites are mentioned as near kin and trading partners (Gen 37:25) throughout the Old Testament. Merchants from the Kingdom of Judah would have made the trip to Baka to trade and to worship at the Ka'aba, a common practice of all those who traded with the Bakkans aka Meccans. According to Psalm 84: 1-7:
How lovely is your dwelling place,
    Lord Almighty!
2 My soul yearns, even faints,
    for the courts of the Lord;
my heart and my flesh cry out
for the living God (אֵֽל־חָֽי). [Al-Hy in Hebrew means the Living God. In Arabic, the name is Al Hyy (الْحَيُّ) and it means the Living (God)].
3 Even the sparrow has found a home,
and the swallow a nest for herself,
where she may have her young-
    a place near your altar,
Lord Almighty, my King and my God (אלֹהָֽ). (God is spelled Alah in Hebrew or Allah in Arabic)
4 Blessed are those who dwell in your house (בַּיִת); (Bayt means 'house' in Hebrew and Arabic. Here is the mention of Bayt Allah or the Ka'aba)
    they are ever praising you.[c]
5 Blessed are those whose strength is in you,
whose hearts are set on pilgrimage. (The pilgrimage is the Muslim Hajj or the once in a lifetime trip to the Ka'aba)
6 As they pass through the Valley of Baka,
they regard it as a well (מַעְיָן ) (Zam Zam is the famous ayin or well in Bakkah/Mecca)
the autumn rains also cover it with pools.[d]
7 They go from strength to strength,
till each appears before God in Zion.
Also listed in this Psalm are other facts specific to Baka/Bakkah/Mecca as the location of Bakkah (Mecca) in a valley and the seasonal rains which caused the water to stream from the mountains and pool in areas where plants as date palms grew.
The ancient name for Mecca or Bakkah in the Quran, derives from the word to weep, but it does not refer to mourning or lamentation. According to Strong's, the Hebrew word Baka derives from the root 'bakah' (בָּכָה). The Arabic retains the original spelling of the word as (بَكَّةُ ) Bakkah. The word Baka/Bakkah refers to the 'ayn', the well of Zam Zam. The Arabic word, ayn (عين), has many meanings among which are eye and well. Similarly, according to Strong's, the Hebrew word for well 'mayain' (מַעְיָן) derives from the word ayin (עַיִן) which means eye as well as well or fountain. Zam Zam was and is fed by a flowing underground stream which means the ayn (well) is weeping or is fed by running water. Running water meant clean water as opposed to stagnant water. The AKJ translates verse 6 as "Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools." The word 'make' (שִׁית) should be translated as 'consider it a well' as this is one of the many meanings proposed by Strong's.

You have a corrupted book, made up of what may be at best folklore.
When Jesus showed up on the lake, disciples did not recognize him. John says, they recognized him but did not say it verbally. That means also he may not have died the day before, but for some other reason long before, otherwise they would show some reaction. No reaction, zilch!.He must have introduced himself as Jesus, but not mentioned in the text. Immediately after Judas lurks behind him revealing himself. Peter asks him if you are Jesus what are you doing with Judas. Wannabe Jesus condemns Peter to a lonely old age, and promises Judas a long life until he comes back again.
So you church is sitting on a condemned man, Peter, not on a rock, and Judas passed away tired of waiting

IT DIDNT COME FROM NOTHING ACCORDING TO THE QURAN. ALSO THE TEN COMMANDMENTS STATES THOUGH SHALL NOT KILL. QURAN AFFIRMS THE TEN COMM. SO THE QURAN TELLS YOU ITS OK TO KILL FOR HIS NAME. ALSO IF YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BELIEVE IN THE PEOPLE OF THE BOOK THEY BELIEVED IN REINCARNATION OF ELIJAH AND OTHERS. SO GOOD LUCK WITH THAT BUDDY. ALSO FEEL FREE TO REPORT MY COMMENT LIKE THE OTHERS

Citation please. What geographic errors in the Bible?
As for Qur'anic scholars, why is *their* agreement to be sought? Their testimony is worth less than anyone else's in this matter. Historians, geographers, and maybe linguists; those are the people you need.
