Some people measure someone's hapiness based on fame and money and believe that everything is all right and that those people don't go through internal struggles. Ethan was all laughs and smiles but this documentary has shown that he was not okay at all. I'm very happy that he stopped himself from doing what he wanted that night and with that, he didn't left behind his mum and friends crying and asking themselves what could have they done to stop that tragedy.

Ethan and Tom could become really good friends once they get to know each other pretty well. As for Behz, no one would have guessed years ago that he will become such a big inspiration for people that either went through depression or wanted to lose weight. Not only he has managed to change his life but he helped others do the same.
You are such an inspiration to so many people. I suffer from depression and I am not scared to say it. I’m in a very dark place the now but watching you keeps me going and the speech you just gave about that is amazing. Keep up the good work mate and thank you for everything you’ve done. You truly are an incredible human

I then had a bad accident at work and couldn’t leave my bed for months. This lead to a lot of over eating and I was in an extremely bad spot in my life. I’m so glad he has been able to make progress. I’ve lost about 65 pounds but I don’t feel any happier

So the messenger ran 26.2 miles from Marathon to Athens but once he got there and delivered them messaged she died. So that’s why a marathon is 26 miles.

As much as I rate Tom his mental health advice and thoughts really weren't right. He seemed to put so much blame of the one battling the depression and you really can't do that at all. The video just didn't sit right with me 😕
I agree he was acting like depression is something people choose, its even shittier that he said that cause most people with depression already feel guilty about feeling sad about their life cause other people struggle with bigger things.
