How do you add the “name” sound effects? Like when you select a font and it says “Kylo Ren” but in the voice of the characters? Please
I am currently trying to do that. I think what you're supposed to do is download the file that you want (in my case, I plan on downloading a youtube video using Y2Mate or something) and then convert it from MP4 to WAV. After that, you rename it to "font (1)" minus the quotation marks. After that, make sure that it says "font=1,1" minus the quotation marks in the font folder that you're wishing to change (for example, if you're trying to change font 19 then you go the font 19 folder and make sure that it says "font=1,1" minus the quotation marks). At least, that's how mine operates and I'm using a Xenopixel v3. The individual settings for yours may vary, but I would recommend going through a font folder or two and just seeing how everything is labelled and how the config settings work and whatnot. Shouldn't be too hard to do. Once you have a grasp of how everything works in the files, then try to change it or you might have to undo what you did and start over to make sure you get it right. I would also HEAVILY recommend that you upload a copy of all your files on the SD card after you confirm that any changes that you make work as well as beforehand so you have a baseline to work with just in case the event comes where your SD card either gets lost or corrupted. If you do that, then you always have a backup handy for when you need it (let's say that your SD gets corrupted, then you can delete everything on it and upload the copy of your files onto is no problem and you've prevented the loss of all the files entirely or the time you spent adding new files and updating pre-existing ones. )

@@TJKCreative I have only seen people have the sound font be played when the blade is off, or before the blade ignites. There is a famous SW line and then the blade ignites. So how is it possible to have both turned on at once?

I have been trying to make new song tracks that work on the Xenopixel 3.0 Light Saber -The Dark Series Black Dueling Force Elite Mandalore Light Saber that I bought from Amazon.. However, nothing works. I tried to include a new whole 'font' and add the track (mp3/wav/CPX) file formats and even if the Xeno Configuration App shows the file on it, it doesn't work. Does anyone have any advice with the same type of lightsaber or would mind helping me figure this out?

hey thanks 4 this tutorial! not sure I understood how 2 trigger the music file since a short tap operates the font and another tap makes a blaster deflection .. it does play via the app but no success physically on the saber .. so, how am I supposed to play the track? thanks in advance
OH! I MADE IT! it is to point the saber up + twist 'left' while in standby mode ..

when i download it to wav file it goes into like microsoft work and its all print
trying to do this for xenopixel v3 but it doesn't work. well i got it to work for one track on one font, then i added more and none work.
had to go into the .font folder in each font to add track=1,2 as a command but they dont like to work at all
People say it works on v3 but I'll look into it
@@TJKCreative yah idk I added one track and it works add more doesn't work. Changed a font to be a quote not generic tts worked do more and it doesn't work.
So the only thing I can find different between wav files that work and ones that don't is the bit rate speed.
@@dislikecounter5191 i wasted hours on this. In the end found the sound track has to be 44100Hz / 16 bit, but I could only get Track 1 & 2 to work. Could not get any other track numbers to work beyond 2. Seems like there's a limit of 2. I can't find any info on the web about this. I used VLC to convert audio files into the required 44100Hz/16bit

Really helpful video, but I tried everything and it wouldn't work, but I found that you have to go into the .font file of the soundfont you're adding music to and add at the top the line:
track=1,1
if it's one music track, or:
track=1,2
if it's 2 tracks, and so on. Hope this helps anyone in the same predicament I was in! 👍
ok, i'm a bit lost. where's the .font file supposed to be? i can't find it anywhere
@@shrekletproductions602 Once you click on a numbered font's folder, there should be a Notepad document file named .font. Each individual font has one and each font you want to add BGM to needed adjusted.

I did everything in thus video and it still didn't work. I wouldn't hear my music as I have it added in my last configuration file. It is in wav, however, is there a specific wav file??? If so, how do I get it for free?

Did you get it figured out? I had the same problem and it was that you have to go into the .font file of the soundfont you're adding music to and add at the top the line track=1,1 if it's one music track, or track=1,2 if it's 2 tracks, and so on. Hope this helps! 👍
