    I just started areail dance and i still cant do a kickover and i dout myself. (I fell embarrassed a lot).if u could fo a video on how to do a kickover that woupd help alot. (Im also not that strong but your videos would help a lot!

    This is so good! I love this! I’m excited to try this! I do aerial❤ thank you 😊 ❤ also I don’t have my splits. I was so close to having them but now I am horrible at them:( I can never seem to be able to keep them. I Am really bad at stretching everyday. Any tips?

      You do not need to stretch everyday. just 3-4 times a week is already optimal (because you need to rest too!) have you tried the oversplits challenge?

      Hi I have my splits sorry I'm not the girl your looking for but if u did guzzle every day on each leg for about 30 sec then u will get them in no time

      Nope everyone feels pain one way or the other way. It was sooo painful for me at the beginning. It's really a signal to tell me where I am weak.
