In most African cultures including in Angola(Kizomba), men are leading in music and dancing. You can see for yourself by checking the most famous African artists. So that means that black African men are also leading when it comes to dancing classes and events like this, they're the ones teaching how to dance, more interested or often Inviting women to socialize. Black women in Portugal either already know how to dance Kizomba so don't see the necessity to go there or they're simply not interested. On the other hand non african women are more attracted to these events than non african men.
So relaxing this festival while dancing all male❤female partners also much in to each other, forgetting all tension. India also must have this beautifull festival twice a year.

They have have classes at these festivals where men and women learn and improve their dancing skills. A man and a woman who aren't married shouldn't dance and rub sensually like that at all. The Son of God taught that when we lust after a woman, we commit adultery in our hearts, and in this sensual dance there's much lust and sin conceiving. For which things comes the wrath of God on the children of disobedience. But The Lord Jesus will show those that are His, their need to receive the forgiveness of sins, for which he died and was buried, and rose again. To Him be and shall be all glory forever.
