It’s a show hotel style house, but most of these things are just overwhelming and are a hassle to use and will keep breaking and be hard to maintain.. do you control temperature on your smartphone before going into a hotel room - no! You set the temperature when you walk in and forget it, until it’s uncomfortable. Then the spa bath will need to be cleaned regularly and will leak especially if you don’t use it because the rubber gaskets will dry out and crack.

Not for average home buyers. Not sure if you can buy homes like that for less than $2 millions in places like Seattle.

Open floor plan is noisy and you can hear what others are doing and no privacy.

That's preference. A lot of our buyers love and prefer open floor plans.
