- The PCT journey continues! Anna and I hike out of Big Bear, hike our first 12x12, hit the 300 mile mark, and camp at a dive bar. Cheers!

That scree reminds me of the 'dishes' on Mt. Katahdin. I didn't realize the trail was so low in elevation on the East/West section along there so came online to find a vlog on it. Leaving next month to finish the Desert so want to have a plan.
You should do a gear update: what we love that we brought vs what we wish we didn't bother with ....Maybe at the 1,000 mile mark? or halfway mark. Love following along, though! Thanks for the updates.

Haha we’re right where we want to be! On track to enter the Sierra mid June, might even hit “Ray Day” right on the nose. Big miles are coming!

Usually Jameson but I’ve also had Bulleit bourbon and crown royal so far on the PCT! Usually get the smaller bottle. 300 ml I think is the size.
Another great update, loving the series so far. How are you both holding up? You mentioned Ana's big toe, but physically are you both doing well besides that?
Thanks for checking in! Aside from general soreness, Anna started the trail with plantar fasciitis and that still bugs her pretty often. I dealt with some pretty bad athletes foot. Other than that we’re doing good! You’ll actually see all this in some future videos. Cheers!
