I found that very strange as well. Maybe I don't pay attention to whether the other trucks have drift suspension options in the game but I was under the impression every vehicle could get any suspension you want besides some of the specialty non street legal IRL race cars.
Same. At least the rally suspension can get reasonably low with this truck, unlike the F-150 from last week. Hopefully once this off-road/overlanding series is over with, they'll add all suspension options to these trucks. Probably not, but I can dream. Lol.
I just got into loving this particular generation of the K series. Saw a lowered teal C10 with fat tires that were tucked perfectly into the arches and I fell in love instantly
I'm impressed with the Chevy K10. While the Ford F-150 Lariat was pretty good, this Chevy K10 excels really well in B-Class cross country. It's not top meta, but it's still great at what it does! =)
@@elliotellis5123 Since I live in the U.K, we only ever had Ford, while Chevrolet's influence here has been tiny, aside from the Corvette and Camaro imports. No Chevy V6 engines in 1972. The next generation C10 commonly refered to as the Square body that began in 1973 did replace the straight 6 with a V6 starting in 1985.

I personally daily drive a 69 c10 (same gen just different grill) and it's an absolute unit. My grandpa bought it in 1972. Sold it to his neighbor about 10 years later. That neighbor was my dad's best friend's dad. He passed it down to his son when he totaled it, and his son restored it. The son is still my my dad's best friend and is also my godfather who gave it to me when I got my license. And if any one is interested I have all kinds of stories to tell about it across it's life😊.
its easy to make it do both normal and reverse wheelie with little tuning. Most people know this already but cant hurt sharing it again. Option settings. Steering Standard - Important for wheelie builds! Steering Simulation - Racing in general Forza logic. its alot harder to wheelie with simulation then standard even with the same wheelie tune
Maybe I'm basic but there was a straight 6 then the 305 ci small block then the slightly bigger 350 small block then there was a 454 big block for the bigger 3500 full sized pickup unless that's a thing in the 80s series pickups
Something cool PG can do is give every car in the game an engine swap for every engine available for that specific generation/year. It'd be cool to be able to choose between 10 different engines for one truck knowing that those could all be close to real life.
I drive a ‘95 Chevy Silverado 5.7L. I still like Fords and Dodge. The old Ford Windsor is a great motor, also Ford has great axels. Dodge has Cummins and… body rust…? They are all still cool and better than a Honda Ridgeline.
this is the generation of Chevy truck right after the C-10(one of my best friends has a 68' C-10), and fun fact, the 307ci small block they came with was a bit of an underrated powerhouse. although my friend swapped in a 305 out of an 86' Suburban, and put in the choppiest cam he could possibly get for it. and he also swapped on a set of period correct 307 camel hump cylinder heads(aftermarket power adder from the 60s) after blowing it up, and then he blew it up again a couple months later. now he's gonna be chassis swapping it so he can have an LS in it
The k10 is the same truck as the c10 and these trucks are very very popular in the states. Nice ones with LS swaps are very common and can go up to 70k or more depending on the specs
The story of the Chevy Pickup post 1960 goes likes at first they released the C and K series where C denotes a 2 Wheel drive model and K denotes a 4 Wheel drive model, then around the time they released the second gen square body they also released the Silverado trim level which stayed until the C/K series colloquially known by chassis code GMT400 was discontinued in favour of the Cateye which also ushered in the era of the Silverado model
No matter how much potential it has it’s staying basically stock for me cause my grandfather had one the whole time he was alive in my life so it’s staying a tribute to him with the color it was, only difference is his was a camper custom
I hope we get an lb7 duramax or l5p duramax, possibly a 6.7 cummins but preferably a 5.9 3rd gen cummins with a 3000 hp cap cause I’ve seen a cummins engine house more than 3000 horse power
This truck is CRAZY fast. Is there something faster?
Yes.... Yes there is
People saying nick is the kinda guy
I think there will be faster than the Chevy K10 in forza horizon 5
Ford Ranger
Jesko, Venom F5, Chiron, etc.
Forza forgot that street trucks are a thing too. :(.
Was really looking forward to doing a street/drift build on this, but only rally suspension....
Same here I have one irl and I wanted to build my exact truck
I'll just tune it tbh
Bro exactly what I was thinking

I was really hoping that this would have drift suspension. But again, my dreams are crushed by Playground generalizing car types

Literally bro that was insane
the old cars having so many engine options is kinda normal, my car had like 8 different options back in 64 when it came out

Can't wait to use it. Had one in HS. Miss it.
you know it will be a good video when nick gets in a very slow truck from 1972 and makes it even worse with upgrading it
I really want to see like a widebody kit on one of these older trucks
Great video nick!
Okay this is lit. Cant wait for the hummer ev tbh I wanna see how much customisation it will have
