Yeah okay bro we’ve yet to see them go all out or do anything close to what a yonko has , but because of ODAS amazing story writing we perceive them as strong, it’s basically how the WG sees buggy vs how we really see buggy
I love how every different version of buggy (Genderbent, revolutionary army, marine) are all much better looking and more competent than original buggy.
I mean that's because in each one he's forced to train himself to protect him, tho that also applies to his pirate form but oh well I guess he's just insanely lucky

I’d imagine this version of Big Mom also had a bunch of kids, but just didn’t let herself go. I can also imagine that an unofficial nickname of hers is “the Marines’ #1 recruiting officer” from how many of said kids end up enlisting (Vice Admiral Katakuri is a concept I can’t help but love)

Vice Admiral Trafalgar D. Water Law “The Surgeon of Death”: Head of the Marine’s Science Unit, works closely with Dr. Vegapunk and regularly runs field tests and acquires test subjects for the doctor. Was mentored by Admiral Shanks.
Vice Admiral Eustass Kid “The Iron Fist”: Commander of the G-5 Base in the New World, responsible for repelling Yonko incursions and regularly conflicts with Yonko Sakazuki, although he notably lost an arm to Yonko Garp and bears a grudge towards him.
Admiral “Momousagi” (AKA Pink Rabbit; Actual Name: Charlotte Linlin): Was sold as a child to the Marines by Mother Carmel, and raised to become a Marine Officer. Has many children, both biological and adopted, as she wants to emulate Mother Carmel. Follower of “Market Justice”, where she allows criminals off if they pay with their life span.
Admiral “Aoryu” (AKA Blue Dragon; Actual Name: Kaido): Rescued from pirates as a child by Former Fleet Admiral Rocks D. Xebec, enlisted at a young age and routinely won promotions for his prowess in combat. His daughter Yamato constantly rebels against him and idolizes the Revolutionary, Monkey D. Dragon. Follower of “Strong Justice”, where Might makes Right, and he forcibly conscripts strong criminals he defeats and forces them to serve as Marines aboard his naval battle group.
Admiral “Akatora” (AKA Red Tiger; Actual Name: Shanks): Studied under and was mentored by Commander-in-Chief Gol D. Roger. Though he is an Admiral, he is rarely seen carrying out his duties, preferring to mysteriously travel the seas on his own and help people in need. Has a reputation as the most cryptic Admiral. Follower of “Future Justice”, where he intervenes and stops criminals mainly to protect the next generation of Marines/civilians, otherwise he puts in little effort when he encounters pirates.
Fleet Admiral Edward Newgate “Whitebeard/Hero of the Marines”: Contemporary Rival of Yonko Sengoku, considers the Marines to all be his family and regularly serves as a teacher/mentor at the Naval Academy in Marineford. Follower of “Parental Justice”, where he is fatherly and nurturing to Marines and criminals alike, so long as those criminals haven’t committed grave crimes, he regularly rehabilitates them to be model citizens and Marines.
Commander-in-Chief Gol D. Roger: Once was hailed as the “King of the Marines”, for having taken down two former Yonko at once during the Battle of God Valley: Shiki “The Golden Lion”, and Zephyr “The Black Fist”. Though he accomplished this by teaming up with his rival, the Pirate and future Yonko, Monkey D. Garp. Personally declared the Golden Age of Peace after the public execution of Shiki and Zephyr, inspiring a new generation of Marines throughout the world.

Really good summary of their past deeds Newgate and Linlin basically took Zed's place in the Marines feel sorry for him through but can't help it. Big mom and Kaido are bad has pirates probably worse as Marines. Would the celestial Dragons been the same or would they trade places with all the other kings and queens we've meet in one piece?
I'd actually imagine Blackbeard being the Warden of Impel Down. His devil fruit works with that aesthetic. Also the thought of Law actually being the Marine's designated doctor is just so cool to me. I also like that Ace is here as a Vice-Admiral along with Whitebeard and Roger, both of his fathers, being Fleet Admirals. Seeing shit like this I could see a series develop and it would be so fucking cool.

Same with Kaido as well when his country of Vodka gave him to the Marines as part of the deal with the World Government to gain a seat at Reverie, a meeting of all nations allied with the World Government.

Kuzan would decline the promotion and enjoys remaining Vice-Admiral like his idol Garp.
Kizaru would just shrug and move on after not being promoted.
Akainu will be the only canon pre-timeskip Admiral standing alongside Marine!Linlin and Marine!Kaido.

Vice Admiral Buggy would be an interesting concept, as another person in the comment said. It has been told that Buggy had the talent and the knowledge to become as strong or stronger than Shanks. If in this verse Buggy had enlisted by his own free will, I am assuming that he had the drive to actually train and become stronger
