The houses on Campasol do look impressive for the money. The thing that puts me off is that sector b, c and d have not been adopted by the council. There is a risk that if and when they are the owners would be lumbered with a huge bill to get the lights and roads sorted. That's what happened in Gea y Truyols, also in Murcia.

Hi, many thanks for watching but this questions needs to be asked to a lawyer for further information. Most of the villas on Camposol are 20 years old or older. The council had to sort out the repair to the bridge that joins B & C.
Nice property Shaun, thanks for showing us around. Trying to get my head around that layout given all 3 bedrooms downstairs are in the standard footprint where there are normally 2. Add to that the narrow arch in the kitchen and the master ensuite shape and I reckon that could be a Neptuno Ruby (3 beds, 2 baths on ground floor) downstairs and an added Neptuno Deluxe upstairs. If it is a Neptuno Ruby with an added top box after the original build, they have made massive changes to the roofline to get the roof terrace like a Deluxe over the D. Whatever it is, it looks like it has been done well in the video.

Thank you Kev, glad you enjoyed the video. I did ask about the 3 bedrooms on the ground floor and when people were buying these new they could ask the builder to change the layout. Like our front terrace which is enclosed. Many thanks for watching 👍🇪🇸
Not far from the shops but also near the campo with views of the mountains. Many thanks for watching and another property coming soon

@ Thanks Shaun, I thought that may be the case, changing the roof that much for a top box addition seemed unlikely. 👍
Are the gas appliances fueled by natural gas or propane?
Thank you Rob, on Camposol, it’s propane gas. Many thanks for watching 👍🇪🇸
