If your keys are not working on your laptop, there should be an on-screen keyboard option. Press the Windows icon, go into settings, choose accessibility, click keyboard, and then toggle the on-screen keyboard option. That's what I've been using.

If software fix is not working trt opening the back panel of the pc and give it a good clean and make sure the cable are tightly connected
My issue was hardware related
