I like you have presented real use first. Much better than others who start comparing the tilling manager with their (very unique) experience which is not known to anyone but them.
Using OBS. I add the webcam to a scene. then add that scene to another and add a filter of an image mask and add a png I make in gimp that is a 1080p image with just a black square with rounded corners. then change the mask to alpha mask in obs and bam
You have to have a program installed for taking screenshots and then add a keybinding in your sxhkd config. Bspwm is just a window manager nothing more. Sorry about the late response!
honestly a fantastic setup, those keybindings are really sensible and are probably what i'm going to do for my first tiling window manager experience.

Can i do same thing mentioned in video in fedora or theres any other process?
You don't need sudo/doas for chmod in this case.
I just installed bspwm and i dont have the rounded corners. What config shall i add
Or animations
That comes from my picom configuration not the window manager. You can check my picom config in my Gitlab
