Sir my wife is a school teacher in ap.Iam a bank employee working in karnataka.On one day she is suddenly sick as she is left only with one casual leave she used it and for the remaining days she has applied for medical leave.She is informed to the MEO about her problem of not attending the school and she is not in a position to medical certificate after two days I went to her school with all letters and medical certificate. Higher authorities in the school are questioning me that how can she delay in submitting the medical certificate like that.Sir my question is can we submit the medical certificate at the time of joining of job after completion of levaves or do we need to submit before availing the leave?

HPL (అర్ధ వేతన సెలవు)లను వాడుకోవచ్చు.అర్ధ వేతన సెలవులు ప్రతి సంవత్సరానికి 20 చొప్పున జమవుతాయి . మీ సర్వీస్ రెండు సంవత్సరాలు పూర్తి అయినట్లయితే మీకు 40 అర్ధ వేతన సెలవులు వస్తాయి . మీరు ఐదు రోజులు సెలవు పెట్టారు కనుక 10 అర్ధ వేతన సెలవులను డాక్టర్ సర్టిఫికెట్ ఆధారంగా వాడుకోవచ్చు. EL వాడుకోవడం వల్ల మీరు డబ్బులు కోల్పోతున్నారు.

Sir, I'm a Telangana State government employee who is on probation, I have taken 3 months of extraordinary leave for my UPSC Civil services preparation after the approval of granting authority. Can I extend my EOL for 3 more months just by sending a letter written under my hand to the office or else should I meet the granting authority again to take approval which is time taking process and interrupts my preparation? Or else is there any way out to extend my leave without going to office? Please advice me sir
U should submit leave extension letter to your HOD and take permission to avail leaves upto 6 months . More than 6 months U should take permission from Telangana Government.

Sir, Can an employee Surrender of earned leave 10 days instead of eligible 15 days??
No..but u can surrender 15days ELs. మీ దగ్గర 15 Els లేకున్నా కూడా సరెండర్ చేయవచ్చు. 5 Els జమ అయ్యాక తొలగించబడును.. కావున మీరు నిరభ్యంటరంగా చేసుకోవచ్చు
