Heh, in childhood I thinking she was fainted. Because many characters in different cartoons "dropped dead", but after few minutes woke up, like nothing not happened.
Despite the fact that i won't deny that this scene was a bit funny (although in a dark way), it was thanks to this scene that, in 2019 christmas, i didn't want to eat Turkey.
Rover is funny he gives the Turkey first aid and does ok pose with his paw fingers. that was so funny. XD he is played by Rodney Dangerfield and he's funny guy. he's also in the movie Casper a spirited beginning.
Originally, this film was supposed to be R Rated, but decided to tone it down to a rated G film. The fight scenes were funny, but the dead turkey scene was sick and disturbing for children, but probably funny to some adults.
Nicholas Segura the wolves, of course. I mean, they are the ones who did the foul deed in the first place. Rover tried to stop them, but he didn’t get there in time.
"Gobble, Gobble, Gobble" LMAO!!!
This is very disturbing, having in mind that this is a kid's film. But Rover's reaction makes it go from horror to black comedy
It wasn’t supposed to be a kids film, but executives meddled, and…well now some parts of this make sense now, huh?
I remember when I saw this, I was like "Rover! She's dead! Get rid of the body! Quickly!"
It was at that moment, Rover knew he phacked up.

Poor turkey 🦃. But it’s funny Rover was trying to help the turkey. It’s already dead.
This is one of those moments that shapes your sense of humour.

0:59 that's was a good joke of dark humor 😂😂😂😂😂
No one asking what happened with the turkey's egg?
Jesus Christ this scene is even more hilarious than way the guys at the Cartoon Lampoon podcast described it!!
That bit where the turkey exhales with the sound coming from it used to scare and upset me as a child
“Waaahhhhhhh euaghhhhhhhhh da turkeys dead *sounds of babies crying*”- Nostalgia critic
Yea at like 0:23 you can see one of the Coyotes striking and or grabbing something while maliciously smiling turkey whhy!
Wolves you mean.
the turkey died from shock is what i know
Some people say it died when the wolf swiped at her neck, which killed her 0:24. I always thought she died from a heart attack lol

I never understood this scene as a kid, did the wolves break the turkey's neck?
That’s what some people say. I always thought it was a heart attack 🤣
I think it was a combination of being in such a fright and the wolves finally beating her to death.
bagpipes haha!
Pause At 1:07, It Was Just Making Me Laugh Just Now
I don’t get why the farmer was willing to put Rover down for getting the turkey killed when he was saving her to be their Christmas dinner.
Farmers won’t keep a dog that kills livestock around
@@sarahsteel8237Yeah, I was gonna say as well that I could see it being a dog bite scenario. Once a dog bites, they don‘t stop.
0:06 😂😂
Remember that it’s funny

So how exactly did the turkey die?
Nicholas Segura if I had to offer conjecture, I’d say she was choked to death. Or her neck was broken, given that her neck is all stringy.
CountTentacula If that’s the case, who was ultimately responsible for breaking the turkey’s neck?
Nicholas Segura the wolves, of course. I mean, they are the ones who did the foul deed in the first place. Rover tried to stop them, but he didn’t get there in time.
CountTentacula If you ask me, Rover shouldn’t have touched the body at all!
Nicholas Segura good point. But it all happened so fast that I doubt he was thinking. Nobody would.
A FAMILY PICTURE.
Lol this part messed me up when I was little.
Still hilarious.
Turkey died from shock.
So Do they see him trying to recessive to turkey
*Resuscitate.
🦃 How Dare you
_"I don't believe this"_
👌
That's funny
"The 90's were *_so_* PC."
Were they? Were they really?
Said no one ever
she died ?
I also thought not until I I was told so
she's fainted
Just take her to the Pokemon center, she'll be okay.
*Get the oven ready*
Yes. Normally, it should be disturbing (especially in a kids film) but Rover's reaction gives a lot of black humor to the scene
Classic horror scene. At second 23 it seems like a Wolf smashed something. This is not for kids
