Welcome to our home, Blue Betty! She is a 1983 Silver Eagle Bus Model 10 with a Detroit 6V92 Engine and 5 speed Manual Transmission.
We were weekend RVers for 10 years before we decided to go fulltime. We bought Blue Betty SIGHT UNSEEN! It took us 6 months to have her fully converted, but we moved in February 2020, when the inside was done.
When the pandemic hit, we decided to hunker down at Kyle's Parents house, where we finished the solar and a few things outside. In August of 2020, we hit the road for adventure and haven't looked back.
Our friends, @rollin_homies did the remodel of our bus while we VANcationed in our van for the summer. Boy oh boy! they did an AMAZING job! Just some of the features we have now:

I have noticed from watching several videos that the little chihuahua really loves your daughter! She's like his little mommy. Wherever she is, he wants to be and this was 2 yrs ago! haha. Still inseparable!

Wow! You guys did a phenomenal job. You created lots more personal space for your growing kids, giving them sacred space to work on their dreams while still having the option to come snuggle up on the family bed.
I had a king sized family bed and six birth kids and one adopted. I feel if my ex and I had been able to take the kids on the road and become nomads, we would still be together.
You guys are a beautiful, honest family and I wish all the good things for you!

Omg I absolutely love the new remodel. I have been telling my husband that I want to go full time on the road. We have 3 kids 14,12,11 and a dog. My husband says it would be a tight squeeze with the kids but your bus is an inspiration to me! We have only been to Florida on vacation with the kids and I would love to travel the United States and see places I havent been too before with my kids and husband. Maybe one day!!! The remodel looks fantastic! I was so disappointed that the weather was so lousy while you were at the Balloon Fiesta. There are some fantastic places not too far from Albuquerque.
