Suggestion: She's the mum and she killed the dad because the dad was the Mafia leader and she was jealous and now she's the leader because she was next in line. But no-one knows that she killed him. Edit: I believe the mum died when he was young.
This series literally combines all corney and expected storylines into one storysuch as (mafia) (father trauma) ( child hood drama) (her being the cousin) etc etc ya get the point 👉
