The scene where Greta meets the dark-haired woman in the coffee shop? The song was so faint in the background that Shazam wouldn't pick it up over the conversation. I've had to youtube every song on the soundtrack to find it lol
Love this track , reminds me somewhat of the Cocteau Twins . Heather is one of the most talented musicians out there, love her work with Sharon van etten and previously with horsefeathers. Inspirational!
Man, the climax of this song is just so emotionally charged. It needs to be in its own film, but I'd be afraid the visual wouldn't meet up to the audio. Tears everytime
Quand je pense au jour où nous nous sommes rencontrés When I think upon the day the met Le soleil brillait, dans le jardin de ma mère nous étions assis The sun was shining, in my mother's yard we sat Plus tard dans la journée, je suis monté dans ta voiture et nous avons roulé vers l'ouest Later that day I got in your car and we drove west À la fin de la nuit, sur ton épaule je me suis reposé By the end of the night, on your shoulder I rested Nous sommes plus âgés maintenant et de nombreuses années ont passé We're older now, and many years have passed Vous en avez un jeune maintenant, et vous faites durer celui-ci You've got a young one now, and you're making this one last Pour le bien de mon amant de l'époque, je l'ai laissé passer For the sake of my lover at the time, I let it pass Et j'ai essayé d'oublier, mais je le regrette And I've tried to forget, but I do regret it Je viens de passer le Wyoming, il n'y a rien autour Just passed Wyoming, there's nothing around Mais au loin, la coque d'une maison en ruine But a broken down shell of a house in the distance Sans aucune route pour y parvenir With no road to even reach it je suis une maison I'm a house je suis une maison I'm a house je suis une maison I'm a house Et tu es le Wyoming And you're Wyoming je suis une maison I'm a house Et tu es le Wyoming And you're Wyoming

Thanks for the lyrics.... wow, they kinda hit you bang in the feels, don't they! And I agree with another commenter that this sounds vaguely like the Cocteau Twins.
Charles I’m from Southern California n I’m so sick n tired of it here everything is so freaking expensive I was born n raised here n it has changed so much for the worst I live on the beach in one of the nicer places in Oxnard “Silver Strand Beach” but 5 min. Dude I thought the same, so hard to hear in the BG, but I loved what I did hear and searched the internet for the song. Thank goodness I thought it because it’s beautiful 😍
Er... no. Shoegaze and dream pop were born long before Grouper began to play anything, and this is without a doubt a classic shoegaze song. By the way, I do love Grouper music.
I was deeply in love when i listened to this in the movie Greta, i finally found it!

Sniff... I keep coming back to it and it keeps getting me... ;-;
It a new thing feel be good forever for sure.
i can't stop listening to this song. feels like a forgotten shoegaze hug from before the begin. wonder full.
It's amazing how simple things like perfume or like this song in particular brings us peace and good feelings.
This one's got a fantastic calming 21st-century shoegaze going. It feels like Heather is watching your back out in the west.
Mesmerising and indeed very beautiful, up there with the Cocteau Twins.
I love that song... I feel in heaven... thanks for existing
glider is a really special record!

What a wonderful song! It brings so many memories it has the power to make traveling in the nostalgia of memories never lived.
It's beautiful
Wow!
this is so so underrated
very, very beautiful!
Beautiful. If you like this, you would probably like the artist Midwife. This song reminds me a lot of their album Like Author, Like Daughter.
omg! essa musica é indescritivel
Maravilhoso.

It is a beautiful song
You are so beautiful, I admire you so Much..
Utterly gorgeous great poignancy and depth really adore the artist
video was filmed in one of my favorite spots in WY
Es la canción más hermosa que he escuchado nunca.
I thought I'd give her a listen after seeing her make Sharon Van Etten's songs about 100 times better with her backing vocals. I like it.
Ahhh I found it! Love this song from greta during the Alexa hammond scene. So indie and shoegaze sounding
whenever i feel like i need an enema, i listen to this instead. so refreshing!
What a weird fucking to say this cleanses you..

This is amazing. Yume Bitsu connection? I remember they were from Portland as well.
How did anyone know this was in greta? The song was so faint and quiet. Whoever knew the song name first, thanks.
