Kevin please the app that is free that edits the pdf image literally like a word is what i am looking for any help? Sejda editor you have to whiteout before inserting a text i needed one that i delete and insert a word or letter... please sugget here.

Just a heads up to everyone, one should be cautious uploading pdfs to an online editor, especially when these are banking docs or other docs that have your personal info. We do not know how your data will be safeguarded by the online companies.

I did notice that the online editor had an option to download a desktop client. Dunno if that's one of the freemium features.

THIS TUTORIAL WAS SO GOOD I DIDN'T EVEN WATCH BEYOND 2:01 AND I WAS ABLE TO EDIT MY DOCUMENT SUCCESSFULLY AND SOLVED THE PROBLEM I'VE BEEN HAVING. Thank you!
(I was trying to edit a lease that already has an electronic signature on it, instead of their first name, what was on the document read as (insert first name) and they had already signed the document through HelloSign. I just dragged the signed PDF file into MS word and the rest is history. Thank you, again.)

Amazing video, amazing easy to follow instructions along with several options to suit your needs. I went for the Sejda option which is perfect for me because I don’t have office and I only had 1 document to edit.
Without your recommendation I would have been too scared to try a third party editor for fear of scammers.

Follow these steps:
Open Adobe Acrobat.
Go to “File,” and click “Open.”
Choose the PDF file you want to edit.
Once your file opens, select “Edit PDF” from the toolbar on the right.
If you want to edit text, place your cursor on the text you want to edit.
Using the “Format” option at the top of the toolbar, select “Format.”
To edit an image, place the cursor on the image you want to edit.
Modify it by using the “Objects” option

Try LibreOffice. You will not miss MS Office for the most part.

I’m recently reviving my TH-cam channel and came across to my delight some PDF files that I can easily turn into monetize ABLE content unfortunately there were some items in the file that I definitely wanted deleting. I was biting my nails wondering if some free apps existed that would do this that I ran across, your page you have so many fans so this is just another drop in the bucket for you, but it really really was a lifesaver for me. Using word for editing pdf was a revelation! Good one Kevin. Also have a session on recommendations & usage of an app for digital signature. There are so many but as a user not sure which ones are safe to use & not prone to misuse

Hey Kevin. This video has great content. The 1st 2 suggestions are outdated as of today 03/19/2023. However, the Libre office is still holding strong. Those who run into issues may want to consider utilizing a browser like Epic or Brave. It seems like Chrome & Microsoft Edge don't like free software suggestions or block them and push you to their in "store" options. Thanks again.😇
Thanks for your tips. You did a great job. I just have a question. When I open a pdf file in words, it changes, for example, the tables or the words are shifted to the right or left and it is not like the original document. What should I do?

Hey Kevin, how did you create that signature?
Did you draw it on paper and then take a picture of it?
Yes l wondered that too🤔
The office app for examples displays a drawing area if you have no signature stored, but you can also take a picture or scan paper.
Draw and capture it, then convert it into your desired format.
If you have a mac, you can use "preview'-(comes preinstalled in Mac). It will allow you to create/save your signatures using your mouse or trackpad.
Step by step instructions very easy to follow. Thank you.

Thank you so much for the informative and concise video! When I insert into Word, my document goes a little crazy. Is there a way to avoid or correct this easily? Or do I need to go through and rearrange things myself? I'd rather not have a make work project. :-)
For me, password protection is a key requirement. I also need to easily convert jpgs to pdf, separate pdf docs in to individual pages, combine pdf images into single documents, and I always like the ability to fully edit pdf's. Having tried many free options, I bit the bullet and paid for Small PDF - they have a free version, but I needed the full service.
Crazy that Adobe don't offer a product for occasional light weight users!
So how is it?
Still happy with Small PDF. But they have recently announced withdrawal of support for the locally based version. This has significant benefits over the online version. Especially the ability to password protect multiple documents. Waiting to see if the online version will incorporate the local version benefits.
