Same situation right now Kunars. 2010 graduate ako, right after passing the board nag work na ako sa BPO, 10 yrs na ako dito sa BPO, pero lahat sinet aside ko din Kunars dahil may goal din ako at yun ay mag migrate sa UK kasama ang mag ama ko. Kkapasa ko lang sa OET and next week CBT ko na, after passing CBT, magresign na ako sa BPO and balik loob na ulit. Lumakas ang loob ko dahil sa vlog na to 😁 Salamat Kunars. Hi Nurse Even, naiiyak ako habang pinapanood tong video mo. Relate na relate ako sa experiences mo. Natakot din ako bumalik sa bedside noon. Nung nakabalik na ako sa bed side. Ang dami din situation na kinuwestyon ko sarili ko na tama ba na bumalik ako sa bed side. Pero lagi ko iniisip nun na part to ng process para making magaling na nurse ako. Kaya din ako bumalik sa bed side. Gusto ko yung pakiramdam na naging part ako sa paggaling ng patient at uuwi sila ng maayus. Napaka powerful pag sinasabi nila "Thank you, Nurse Ariel". Naiyak po ko habang pina panood ko. 2009 board passer po ko. At napunta ko casino industry for 12 years as casino dealer . Next month po mag start na ko as nurse 1 sa isang kilalang public hospital.malaki sweldo sa casino pero pangarap ko po talaga maging nurse at mag work abroad as nurse . 😊
I can totally relate to this Nurse Even. Same story as yours. After graduating in 2008, BPO na agad ako. Nawalan na ako ng pag asa to take boards. I kinda lost my way but I focused on my goal. Then in 2019, finally took the Boards then I passed. Got a job as Company Nurse then applied sa hospital. Studying Deutsche now to fulfill my European dream. Same here.. Graduated 2007 then BPO after for 11 years. Then, finally, nung 2018, nag balik-loob sa hospital. It's never too late talaga. Age is just a number and you can always relearn everything once you're in the hospital setting na. Goodluck to you! 🥰

No joke Nurse Even. Napaiyak ako sa video mo. I was in the HMO field from 2013-present. Umalis ako kasi sobrang nadiscourage ako sa toxic experiences ko as volunteer RN, lalo nung hindi ako nakuha sa dream hospital ko. Ayun, napatagal ng ilang taon sa HMO industry. Naramdaman ko seven years ago hindi para sa akin ang mag bedside. Pero lately, napapaisip ako, tama ka about sa 'what ifs' - what if seven years ago naghanap ako ng ibang hospital? What if seven years ago di ako nagpadala sa takot ko? Edi sana ngayon kasama na ako ng mga pinsan at friends ko na nasa UK na din. Nurse Even, ako din nagtake ng Nursing 2005 pero nastop ako 2006, nagbpo 2007. Tinuloy ko nursing 2017 dahil nagbago curriculum back to 0 ako pero nacredit pa rin naman mga minor subjects. Working student ako and talaga namang mahirap kasi mother na rin ako. Hanggang 2019 bigla naman yung department namin nagdecide na magtransfer sa India. May choice naman ako na magstay at lumipat ng ibang department pero I decided na iaccept yung redundancy para makafocus na nga sa school since mag4th year na ko. Ayun mahirap din pag matagal ka ng nagwork kasi nasanay na. Yung pagod dati na ang tulog ko lang ay sa byahe pauwi at papuntang work, parang hinahanap din ng katawan ko yung pagwowork (hehe, lam mo yun?) Ang goal ko naman talaga bat ako nagbalik sa nursing eh para sa mga anak ko. Nakakainspire yung mga videos mo. Lalo na sa mga times na napapaisip ako na kung tama ba yung decision kong bumalik at pag nahihirapan na ko. Lagi ko inaabangan mga short vids mo sa FB na sobrang nakakatawa, relate talaga. 2008 ako graduate then BPO for 5 yrs, nahihiya din ako magbalik loob, nun ngstart ako sa hospital I was very honest na nakalimutan ko na lahat. USRN na Po ako now. Almost 4 yrs na as nurse dito sa USA. True un goal mo tlaga, you should be willing to give up everything for it. Sobrang worth it na magbalik loob. Promise!
I can relate to your story. I've graduated nursing in 2011 then I've pass my board exam in 2017. For 7 years I've work as a researcher about corals and fish. Actually natakot mag apply kasi feeling ko walang tatanggap sa akin kasi ang tagal ko nawala sa nursing field at wala din ako experience but this year 2020 I gather all the courage with the support of my love ones and decided to go back in nursing field and to pursue my dream to be a nurse. Di ko akalain matatanggap ako sa hospital. Yes, it's hard because you Need to relearn everything but it's okay I still enjoy even it's hard kasi pangarap ko ito eh.. Hi nurse even!subscribed na and currently doing a marathon ng vlogs mo. We have same exp pala, ako naman i graduated 2009 and straight bpo agad. Same din tyo na product trainor na din ang position pero nung nag close yung inhouse sight nung office namin then right across lang ng St Lukes BGC, nag lakas loob lang ako na mag walk in sa st lukes that time. During the interview naging honest lang tlg ako na i dont have anything to brag abt nsg exp, sabi ko just give me a chance. Then boom! HIRED AS NURSE SA DREAM HOSPITAL KO PA ST LUKES, 2017! For me, yung bpo exp never ko ikakahiya kasi it gave the extra confidence and ang dami ko natutunan sa industry na yun. And once a nurse ka, babalik at babalik ka tlg kahit anong way. Hi nurse even. Isa din po akong nurse na ngbabalik loob. I’m currently on my 6th month working in a hospital here at my province. It took me 8 years before ako mag hospital. Ng pharmacy assistant ako for 6 months after passing NLE kasi there was no opportunity at the hospital that time. I graduated 2011 and dec 2011 passer. Then late 2012 ng abroad ako, i went to Dubai and stayed there for 7 years working sa isang outpatient clinic. Pero late last year I decided to come back to Philippines para makagain ng experience and go for my UK dream and luckily i found your channel. You really inspire me, and i’m grateful for that. Naalala ko tuloy ung first duty ko sa ospital...mga first experiences sa bedside...i graduated nursing 2007 at 2008 ako agstart magwork sa hospital...nag apply ako sa BPO ng 2007 habang wala pang hiring sa mga hospital.pero di ako ntutuloy sa mga BPO kc naiisip ko di ko mgagamit ung mga natutunan ko at mga skills na mdidiscover ko sa sarili ko...until now nagduduty pa rin ako (covid ward)...masarap kasi talaga ung malaman mo na ngiging instrumento tyong mga nurse pra makatulong sa mga may sakit.

No hospital experience since I graduated 2009 , passed NLE 2012. I worked as a PDN 2012- present but my knowledge and skills are limited. Basic nursing procedures only and basic oral drugs.I dont even know how to do IVs kasi natatakot ako mgkamali. I want to pursue my hospital nurse career pero natatakot ako mahusgahan at mabully. Kayanin ko kaya? 😭 While watching this video, I'm motivated, pero minsan nadidiscourage ako kasi ang limited lang ng knowledge ko. Ngayon, I have hospital na nakaline up for interviews, hiring talaga sila. Sana naman maipasa ko ang interview and exams and hopefully makaya ko ang big adjustment and changes. I’m currently working here sa pinas and nasa med surg ob ward. Super toxic lalo na at covid. Pero because of this video thank you kasi na encourage lalo ako makamit yung goal ko. Ilang months palang ako pero this video gave me motivation to give my best. Syempre hindi naman maiiwasan talaga yung mapapa isip na lang sa sweldo and workload sa hospital. Relate much, nurse Even. Graduated 2013, nag qualifying course, naging licensed teacher, taught for 2 years. Then through some amazing twist of fate, nagbalik ako last 2019 sa nursing. Definitely wasn't easy nung nagbalik ako, feel ko ang bobo ko na talaga. Ni medication computation, catheter insertion, IV insertion, etc, wala na. Nurses younger than me were more skillfull. Nilunok ko talaga ang pride ko, from being a teacher to being the learner. Mas challenging pa, naassign pa agad ako sa DR/OR. Ilang luha din ang binuhos ko on my first few months. Worth it naman, I love my area and my job. Pag tinawag ka talaga pabalik, babalik ka talaga. ❤

Thank you Kunars Even, natauhan ang katawang lupa koo. I quit my job at SG last november kasi extremely tense ang environment, toxic ang mga patients at mga colleagues ko (except sa mga Pilipino ❤❤❤), di kami tinuturuan, grabe ung naranasan ko don. I was assigned sa onco/stemcelltransplant/haema na ward, pero yung experience q sa pinas ay Med/surg at ER. Ibang-iba talaga, nakakadepress, walang natira sa self esteem ko kasi lageng naninigaw, minsan pinalo pa ako ng nurse manager kasi nadelay yung pagbigay q ng bedsheets sa kanya kasi nagpatulong yung co-nurse ko sa pagtransfer ng patient. Di na ako makatulog, umiiyak ako everyday sa takot sa duty kasi di sila natuturo, pinapabayaan lang kami. Yung preceptor ko mabait sana kaso di naman kami nagkakapartner parang twice lang ata. Umuwi ako kasi di na ako effective sa duty, grabe yung lungkot, MRT palang nagtretremors ng yung muscles ko sa takot. Eh yung hospital namin ay hospitel( hospital na hotel) kaya grabe ang demand ng trabaho. Kung nagtuturo lang sana sila ehhh walang problema 😔😔😔😔Umuwi ako kasi baka di magtagal, magkasala aq sa patient at baka makulong ako o mawala license ko at di na ako happy. Konting kimbot nalang paPTSD na ako. 😅😂Planning to apply sa BFP kunars Even kaso ang raming hadlang. Parang pinapabalik ako sa nursing, balak qng mag IELTS to fullfill my UK dream pero ang rami qng what ifs,(pano qng mas malala pa yung experience ko sa UK) yoko na sana kasi baka mawala ng yung sanity ko. 😆😂 Pero laban lang, natauhan ako sa vlog mo. After graduating, start po agad mag work as staff nurse. 6 years after, nawawalan na ko ng gana to pursue just because of low morale sa workplace, sa naririnig mong pangbabash sa mga frontliners, unappreciated. Thank you for sharing this, Nurse Even! Same with me, graduated 2011, nag apply sa ibat ibang hospital sa province namin but di sinuwerte. Lahat ng nakakapasok eh dahil sa may backer. Nakapag bedside only for 1month- VOLUNTEER sa bundok na secondary hosp. Pero umalis dahil sa delikado ang area at ayaw ng parents ko. Nakapasok at nakapagtrabaho sa isang diagnostic center for 4 years. And now 4years as an Aesthetic Nurse dito sa Oman. May konting background kahit konti kasi medical pa rin. Pero dream ko pa rin talaga makapag bedside. Ngaun, reviewing for my OET exam and pursuing my dream na mkapag work din sa UK. ☺

As a Nursing Student, this vlog made me cry. Sa panahon ng pandemya, ang hirap talaga na online class ang allied health courses like nursing. Nawawala ang drive ko to pursue ang love ko na course dahil bukod sa ang mahal ng tuition, ang hirap mag catch up. But with the help of this vlog, I remembered why I chose this course. Ganitong motivation ang dpat para sa akin at sa iba pang nurses na gustong mgbalik loob. 2009 ako nag graduate ng nursing, maagng nagkapamilya kaya naisantabi ang pagging nurse, pumasok sa botika at naging call center agent. Nag switch ako ng career 2018 nag earn ako ng units for education at nging LPT march 2019. Before enrolling education, I am choosing between nursing review and Earning units of educ but I decided to take Education coz I thought madaling pasukin ang karera sa pagiging guro. But now, hopefully by God's grace, this year I am motivated again to try to take the Nursing Licensure exam June 2021 (my 1st time) because I still feel the lacking piece of me . I am born to be a nurse, I know it is not an easy way to choose but this is my dream even before 2005 na nag first year college ako. May kanya2 tayong panahon para sa ating mga pongarap. Right timing, perseverance, determination and faith in God and faith sa sarili na kaya mo. Just do it. Thanks very much for inspiring us again nurse even. God bless you. 😘❤
Hello kunars. Kakabalik ko lang din sa bedside. Natakot din ako bumalik kasi almost 7 years akong wala sa bedside. Pagkabalik ko feeling ko andami kong kelangan pag-aralan ulit. Ive been a company nurse/safety officer/site nurse na ang alam ng ilan medyo wala masyadong ginagawa. Pero siguro si God na ang nagtawag sakin. And yes, im a nurse in a "very-special-ward-nowadays" and so far nakakapag cope up na. My parents are so proud now and i am so happy for that.

I remember when i was admitted for amoebiasis, ang sakit sakit ng antibiotic thru iv, and napansin ng nurse na nsasaktan tlga ako after nun kada i injectan nya ako may dala na sya bote na may yelo para somehow ma lessen ang pain na nararamdam ko ❤️

Been working as staff nurse from 2012 till present. Hindi ko n din mabilang Kung ilang beses na din ako umiyak at napaisip na mag quit as a nurse. Ilang beses n din na discourage. Pero eto pa din ako bilang isang nurse. Nakakawala ng pagod kapag n appreciate ng pasyente at relatives ung effort at pagod mo. Omg, PAREHONG PAREHO po tayo ng situation, Sir.. I was also trained in NICU because Yun ang pinili ko after I was assigned in Medical Ward, Pedia Ward, and NICU. Then, I worked in Call center industry. The atmosphere in the call center industry is so vibrant and you will also meet a lot of really really nice people. However, looking back in college days, my parents and I struggled a lot so that I can finish my Nursing course. Because of the strong foundation my Alma matter has planted in my mind and heart, I decided din po to go back to the nursing profession. Because of friends who helped me gain a working position in the hospital, I was able to transfer din po finally. Now, thank God, I am still in the nursing profession. May part-time ako na online job sa ngayon, and honestly, mas malaki kita ko kesa sinusweldo ko sa hospital. Napapaisip na ako iwan muna ang field, okay rin naman si hubby whatever decision ko at nangangamba rin siya sa safety ko sa work. Pero meron pa rin talaga ako what ifs, mga doubts sa skill ko.. Which is why sometimes it contributes to inability to sleep/increased irritability. How do you detach from work when u reach home? What do you do during your off days ganyan, and how do you cope with patients complaints/management issues, how do you cope with the stress of multitasking or what do you do when you have burn outs? Especially now that we can't travel or go home if we work abroad.

Same situation right now Kunars. 2010 graduate ako, right after passing the board nag work na ako sa BPO, 10 yrs na ako dito sa BPO, pero lahat sinet aside ko din Kunars dahil may goal din ako at yun ay mag migrate sa UK kasama ang mag ama ko. Kkapasa ko lang sa OET and next week CBT ko na, after passing CBT, magresign na ako sa BPO and balik loob na ulit. Lumakas ang loob ko dahil sa vlog na to 😁 Salamat Kunars. Ang dami din situation na kinuwestyon ko sarili ko na tama ba na bumalik ako sa bed side. Pero lagi ko iniisip nun na part to ng process para making magaling na nurse ako. I can totally relate to this Nurse Even. Same story as yours. After graduating in 2008, BPO na agad ako. Nawalan na ako ng pag asa to take boards. I kinda lost my way but I focused on my goal. Then in 2019, finally took the Boards then I passed. Got a job as Company Nurse then applied sa hospital. Studying Deutsche now to fulfill my European dream. No joke Nurse Even. Napaiyak ako sa video mo. I was in the HMO field from 2013-present. Umalis ako kasi sobrang nadiscourage ako sa toxic experiences ko as volunteer RN, lalo nung hindi ako nakuha sa dream hospital ko. Ayun, napatagal ng ilang taon sa HMO industry. Naramdaman ko seven years ago hindi para sa akin ang mag bedside. Pero lately, napapaisip ako, tama ka about sa 'what ifs' - what if seven years ago naghanap ako ng ibang hospital? What if seven years ago di ako nagpadala sa takot ko? Edi sana ngayon kasama na ako ng mga pinsan at friends ko na nasa UK na din.

Nurse Even, ako din nagtake ng Nursing 2005 pero nastop ako 2006, nagbpo 2007. Tinuloy ko nursing 2017 dahil nagbago curriculum back to 0 ako pero nacredit pa rin naman mga minor subjects. Working student ako and talaga namang mahirap kasi mother na rin ako. Hanggang 2019 bigla naman yung department namin nagdecide na magtransfer sa India. May choice naman ako na magstay at lumipat ng ibang department pero I decided na iaccept yung redundancy para makafocus na nga sa school since mag4th year na ko. Ayun mahirap din pag matagal ka ng nagwork kasi nasanay na. Yung pagod dati na ang tulog ko lang ay sa byahe pauwi at papuntang work, parang hinahanap din ng katawan ko yung pagwowork (hehe, lam mo yun?)
Ang goal ko naman talaga bat ako nagbalik sa nursing eh para sa mga anak ko. Nakakainspire yung mga videos mo. Lalo na sa mga times na napapaisip ako na kung tama ba yung decision kong bumalik at pag nahihirapan na ko. Lagi ko inaabangan mga short vids mo sa FB na sobrang nakakatawa, relate talaga.

Magka batch pla tayu nurse even.. na try ko din ang iba2x trabaho before nagbalik loob, after passing the board nag ESL teacher, nag call center, nag area coordinator pra sa DSWD, at nag cashier sa isang foundition. 2008 ako graduate then BPO for 5 yrs, nahihiya din ako magbalik loob, nun ngstart ako sa hospital I was very honest na nakalimutan ko na lahat. USRN na Po ako now. Almost 4 yrs na as nurse dito sa USA. True un goal mo tlaga, you should be willing to give up everything for it. Sobrang worth it na magbalik loob. Promise!

I can relate to your story. I've graduated nursing in 2011 then I've pass my board exam in 2017. For 7 years I've work as a researcher about corals and fish. Actually natakot mag apply kasi feeling ko walang tatanggap sa akin kasi ang tagal ko nawala sa nursing field at wala din ako experience but this year 2020 I gather all the courage with the support of my love ones and decided to go back in nursing field and to pursue my dream to be a nurse. Di ko akalain matatanggap ako sa hospital. Yes, it's hard because you Need to relearn everything but it's okay I still enjoy even it's hard kasi pangarap ko ito eh.. I’ve been stagnant for more than 2yrs , 6yrs since I passed the board. and for a couple of months I’ve been wanting to go back but I’m always afraid because I don’t have any idea how to become a nurse again. We have same exp pala, ako naman i graduated 2009 and straight bpo agad. Same din tyo na product trainor na din ang position pero nung nag close yung inhouse sight nung office namin then right across lang ng St Lukes BGC, nag lakas loob lang ako na mag walk in sa st lukes that time. During the interview naging honest lang tlg ako na i dont have anything to brag abt nsg exp, sabi ko just give me a chance. Then boom! HIRED AS NURSE SA DREAM HOSPITAL KO PA ST LUKES, 2017!
For me, yung bpo exp never ko ikakahiya kasi it gave the extra confidence and ang dami ko natutunan sa industry na yun. And once a nurse ka, babalik at babalik ka tlg kahit anong way.
Actually dapat paalis na ako 2020 kaso naabutan ng covid but hopefully mag push thru pa din ang career ko sa ibang bansa.

Isa din po akong nurse na ngbabalik loob. I’m currently on my 6th month working in a hospital here at my province. It took me 8 years before ako mag hospital. Ng pharmacy assistant ako for 6 months after passing NLE kasi there was no opportunity at the hospital that time. I graduated 2011 and dec 2011 passer. Then late 2012 ng abroad ako, i went to Dubai and stayed there for 7 years working sa isang outpatient clinic. Pero late last year I decided to come back to Philippines para makagain ng experience and go for my UK dream and luckily i found your channel. You really inspire me, and i’m grateful for that.

Naalala ko tuloy ung first duty ko sa ospital...mga first experiences sa bedside...i graduated nursing 2007 at 2008 ako agstart magwork sa hospital...nag apply ako sa BPO ng 2007 habang wala pang hiring sa mga hospital.pero di ako ntutuloy sa mga BPO kc naiisip ko di ko mgagamit ung mga natutunan ko at mga skills na mdidiscover ko sa sarili ko...until now nagduduty pa rin ako (covid ward)...masarap kasi talaga ung malaman mo na ngiging instrumento tyong mga nurse pra makatulong sa mga may sakit.

No hospital experience since I graduated 2009 , passed NLE 2012. I worked as a PDN 2012- present but my knowledge and skills are limited. Basic nursing procedures only and basic oral drugs.I dont even know how to do IVs kasi natatakot ako mgkamali. I want to pursue my hospital nurse career pero natatakot ako mahusgahan at mabully. Kayanin ko kaya? 😭 While watching this video, I'm motivated, pero minsan nadidiscourage ako kasi ang limited lang ng knowledge ko. Ngayon, I have hospital na nakaline up for interviews, hiring talaga sila. Sana naman maipasa ko ang interview and exams and hopefully makaya ko ang big adjustment and changes. I’m currently working here sa pinas and nasa med surg ob ward. Super toxic lalo na at covid. Pero because of this video thank you kasi na encourage lalo ako makamit yung goal ko. Ilang months palang ako pero this video gave me motivation to give my best. Syempre hindi naman maiiwasan talaga yung mapapa isip na lang sa sweldo and workload sa hospital. Super great content and I can really relate...Been out of nursing service for 12 years...2008-2020...been to bpo, to business dev, to mktg...then boom, back to nursing Feb 2020..a month after COVID...still on duty till now @ government hospital...and yes, same reason as you nurse even...to travel with my family and nursing is part of that goal...still adjusting at the moment especially COVID state...😉...go go lang...kahit feeling student ako ulet.."if in doubt, don't be afraid to ask"...bahala kng makukulitan cla skin, bsta i will ask...and yes, we are dealing with life and no room for even a slight mistake...

Relate much, nurse Even. Graduated 2013, nag qualifying course, naging licensed teacher, taught for 2 years. Then through some amazing twist of fate, nagbalik ako last 2019 sa nursing. Definitely wasn't easy nung nagbalik ako, feel ko ang bobo ko na talaga. Ni medication computation, catheter insertion, IV insertion, etc, wala na. Nurses younger than me were more skillfull. Nilunok ko talaga ang pride ko, from being a teacher to being the learner. Mas challenging pa, naassign pa agad ako sa DR/OR. Ilang luha din ang binuhos ko on my first few months. Worth it naman, I love my area and my job. Pag tinawag ka talaga pabalik, babalik ka talaga. ❤

Thank you Kunars Even, natauhan ang katawang lupa koo. I quit my job at SG last november kasi extremely tense ang environment, toxic ang mga patients at mga colleagues ko (except sa mga Pilipino ❤❤❤), di kami tinuturuan, grabe ung naranasan ko don. I was assigned sa onco/stemcelltransplant/haema na ward, pero yung experience q sa pinas ay Med/surg at ER. Ibang-iba talaga, nakakadepress, walang natira sa self esteem ko kasi lageng naninigaw, minsan pinalo pa ako ng nurse manager kasi nadelay yung pagbigay q ng bedsheets sa kanya kasi nagpatulong yung co-nurse ko sa pagtransfer ng patient. Di na ako makatulog, umiiyak ako everyday sa takot sa duty kasi di sila natuturo, pinapabayaan lang kami. Yung preceptor ko mabait sana kaso di naman kami nagkakapartner parang twice lang ata. Umuwi ako kasi di na ako effective sa duty, grabe yung lungkot, MRT palang nagtretremors ng yung muscles ko sa takot. Eh yung hospital namin ay hospitel( hospital na hotel) kaya grabe ang demand ng trabaho. Kung nagtuturo lang sana sila ehhh walang problema 😔😔😔😔Umuwi ako kasi baka di magtagal, magkasala aq sa patient at baka makulong ako o mawala license ko at di na ako happy. Konting kimbot nalang paPTSD na ako. 😅😂Planning to apply sa BFP kunars Even kaso ang raming hadlang. Parang pinapabalik ako sa nursing, balak qng mag IELTS to fullfill my UK dream pero ang rami qng what ifs,(pano qng mas malala pa yung experience ko sa UK) yoko na sana kasi baka mawala ng yung sanity ko. 😆😂 Pero laban lang, natauhan ako sa vlog mo. Ito healing na ako sa trauma kunurse kaso bumabalik parin, pero lalaban ako at babangon muli. Matitikman nila ang ganti ng isang apiiiii!!!!! I do not have the same experience as yours. After graduating, start po agad mag work as staff nurse. 6 years after, nawawalan na ko ng gana to pursue just because of low morale sa workplace, sa naririnig mong pangbabash sa mga frontliners, unappreciated. But today, my passion renewed dahil sa "Hoy! Nurse ka. Just to let tou know!"

Nakapag bedside only for 1month- VOLUNTEER sa bundok na secondary hosp. Pero umalis dahil sa delikado ang area at ayaw ng parents ko. Nakapasok at nakapagtrabaho sa isang diagnostic center for 4 years. And now 4years as an Aesthetic Nurse dito sa Oman. May konting background kahit konti kasi medical pa rin. Pero dream ko pa rin talaga makapag bedside. Ngaun, reviewing for my OET exam and pursuing my dream na mkapag work din sa UK. ☺

As a Nursing Student, this vlog made me cry. Sa panahon ng pandemya, ang hirap talaga na online class ang allied health courses like nursing. Nawawala ang drive ko to pursue ang love ko na course dahil bukod sa ang mahal ng tuition, ang hirap mag catch up. But with the help of this vlog, I remembered why I chose this course. I graduated 2011 then nag bpo ako till now. Nag NCLEX ako provided ng company nung 2019. Now I'm working as a nurse reviewer. Hopefully makabalik din at makapag abroad. Natatakot din ako bumalik dahil baka mag mukang shunga lang ako.

I can still feel the chills on my veins. Yung content ng message. Tagos.. I cried after watching your vlogs... 2nd time ko na to napanood, ganun pa rin ang effect saken. Ganitong motivation ang dpat para sa akin at sa iba pang nurses na gustong mgbalik loob. 2009 ako nag graduate ng nursing, maagng nagkapamilya kaya naisantabi ang pagging nurse, pumasok sa botika at naging call center agent. Nag switch ako ng career 2018 nag earn ako ng units for education at nging LPT march 2019. Before enrolling education, I am choosing between nursing review and Earning units of educ but I decided to take Education coz I thought madaling pasukin ang karera sa pagiging guro. But now, hopefully by God's grace, this year I am motivated again to try to take the Nursing Licensure exam June 2021 (my 1st time) because I still feel the lacking piece of me . I am born to be a nurse, I know it is not an easy way to choose but this is my dream even before 2005 na nag first year college ako. May kanya2 tayong panahon para sa ating mga pongarap. Right timing, perseverance, determination and faith in God and faith sa sarili na kaya mo. Just do it. Thanks very much for inspiring us again nurse even. God bless you. 😘❤

Hello kunars. Kakabalik ko lang din sa bedside. Natakot din ako bumalik kasi almost 7 years akong wala sa bedside. Pagkabalik ko feeling ko andami kong kelangan pag-aralan ulit. Ive been a company nurse/safety officer/site nurse na ang alam ng ilan medyo wala masyadong ginagawa. Pero siguro si God na ang nagtawag sakin. And yes, im a nurse in a "very-special-ward-nowadays" and so far nakakapag cope up na. My parents are so proud now and i am so happy for that.

I remember when i was admitted for amoebiasis, ang sakit sakit ng antibiotic thru iv, and napansin ng nurse na nsasaktan tlga ako after nun kada i injectan nya ako may dala na sya bote na may yelo para somehow ma lessen ang pain na nararamdam ko ❤️

Been working as staff nurse from 2012 till present. Hindi ko n din mabilang Kung ilang beses na din ako umiyak at napaisip na mag quit as a nurse. Ilang beses n din na discourage. Pero eto pa din ako bilang isang nurse. Nakakawala ng pagod kapag n appreciate ng pasyente at relatives ung effort at pagod mo. Bkit ba ako nag nurse dahil ever since pagkabata ito na ang pangarap ko.
So inspiring Nurse Even..I took nursing as my second course hoping na makapunta na U.S., unfortunately I wasn't able to work in any hospital as a nurse. Now I'm working in a BPO as a medical transcriptionist (me pgkamedical prin naman) But I want to practice but skeptical kc me idad na ako. Now, after watching this, nainspired ako. Omg, PAREHONG PAREHO po tayo ng situation, Sir.. I was also trained in NICU because Yun ang pinili ko after I was assigned in Medical Ward, Pedia Ward, and NICU. Then, I worked in Call center industry. The atmosphere in the call center industry is so vibrant and you will also meet a lot of really really nice people.
However, looking back in college days, my parents and I struggled a lot so that I can finish my Nursing course. Because of the strong foundation my Alma matter has planted in my mind and heart, I decided din po to go back to the nursing profession. Because of friends who helped me gain a working position in the hospital, I was able to transfer din po finally.
Now, thank God, I am still in the nursing profession. Because of the support from my family, loved ones, and friends. 😍

Hindi ako nurse pero I’m dreaming of becoming one like my mom someday. 3 years in the BPO industry, pero I’m willing to reserve another 4 to even 8 years of my life for Nursing. My goal right now is to have enough savings maenroll ko lang sarili ko for the course. I’m now 26 yo college grad, pero I don’t mind talaga yung years and effort na ibibigay ko matupad lang ang pagiging Nurse. With all my experiences, eto talaga yung masasabi kong life mission ko. Thank you nurse Even for this! Ako iba na man situation ko, nakapasok na ako sa hospital pero nagdadalawang-isip na magresign. May part-time ako na online job sa ngayon, and honestly, mas malaki kita ko kesa sinusweldo ko sa hospital. Napapaisip na ako iwan muna ang field, okay rin naman si hubby whatever decision ko at nangangamba rin siya sa safety ko sa work.

What do you do during your off days ganyan, and how do you cope with patients complaints/management issues, how do you cope with the stress of multitasking or what do you do when you have burn outs? Especially now that we can't travel or go home if we work abroad.

Gusto ko din sana maexperience ang bedside pero nauunahan ako ng takot baka magkamali kasi matagal na rin. Dream ko din mag work sa UK sana matupad Ang goals ko sa buhay hehe.
True, nahihiya ako... Nahihiya ako na bumalik kasi nasa 30's na ako. Ung mga kasabayan ko dati na mga seniors na Ganito.... Pero gusto ko... Gusto ko talaga.. Pag kaya na ulit, pag malaki na mga anak ko. Pag kaya pang kumuha ng hospital ng 35 and above.
