    I would love to see you go crazy with advanced usage of expressions, like pushing your own boundaries of what you know you could do to create a highly complex animation to the absolute limit.

    I can certainly see how this is more powerful than AE expressions, it would be amazing to see some expressions popular in AE to fusion... such as wiggle as a starter which is more random.

    • @SliwkaProductions
      @SliwkaProductions 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      If you want to get something to "wiggle" you can righ click on this propertys such as color or position and then modify with shake modifier 🙂

    Wow, that was really helpful to understand Fusion better. Also, such hints as "Publish + Connect to" is the same as "press and hold the + button and link this value to another value of another node". This is so much useful helpful information that I unfortunately miss in very many tutorials. And just this "background information" is so great to understand Fusion better.I'm really excited about your way of explaining. Great. Thumbs up and channel subscribed!

    I'm watching your Pro 'Create Animated Vintage Title / Logo'. I'm curious about and come back searching something about Expression. It's still quite complicated to me XD but I'll eventually digest them after some practices and learn proper and efficient ways to do motion graphics. There're not many who talk about this topic on youtube(because it's hard to explain! XD), you're very generous and good at giving this type of tutorials.

    Thank you. I am pretty new to DR and I knew there had to be something like this somewhere, I just thought maybe it's reserved for the studio version or maybe it is some special node that's able to do this. Right now I have a headache from the literal infinite possibilities that are flooding my brain. This is powerful beyond imagination.

    very helpful info! would def appreciate more on expressions, particularly on using audio waveform/impulse data as values in expressions. can be done in after effects, so I'm curious if that could be done in Resolve's Fusion

    You promised to keep this simple ... and uummm ... I'm not entirely convinced this is what happened. On the plus side, I've never seen this done before ... and it seems quite interesting. So ... what you might consider, instead of this 'theoretical' exercise, is to do a 'real world' example where you produce an interesting piece of video, start to finish ... using these techniques.

    I was wondering if there is a remap script like "lerp" in nuke.
    Like if the ball moves between 0-1, is there a way to remap them to 240-255 (RGB color for example)

    This is a very cool tutorial but I am frustrated that expression tutorials never address how you're supposed to write multiple statements in that one little text box. A separate window that allows us to type more text would be great

    Hi! How do I make a well-organized template in Fusion so that it can be edited in Davinci Resolve? And everything was divided point by point.

    • @scottprokopetz7098
      @scottprokopetz7098 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      You can build your Fusion composite then create a macro, exposing the properties you want to be able to adjust in the edit page (Inspector). You'll have to restart Resolve but then your composition will appear in your Effects Library.

    For some reason the + button is not working for me. It is highlighting when I move the cursor over it to but goes dim the moment I left click on it and try to drag the 'connector line' out. Do you know why this would happen? This was working in the earlier 18 version of resolve, but now I have the 18.5 public release and it's not working in this.

    Hello! I need some serious help with something. I've been having a problem where when I export a video, the render time increases infinitely and doesn't stop. It also shows that 0 frames are being rendered. In DaVinci Resolve 16, this only happened for some of my projects. But in version 17, it's happening with all of them. Even a simple 3 second fusion composition. I've searched everywhere on Reddit pages and the Blackmagic forum but nothing seems to work for me except for turning down the quality of the video all the way to 480p. Please I could really use some urgent help. This problem is screwing up my workflow and tempting me to uninstall DaVinci Resolve. Please send help.

    Why is DaVinci Resolve crashing sometimes? It also happens to me and is annoying. Is it a sign of immature software or a faulty setup?

    • @JayAreTV
      @JayAreTV  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      It's hard to say without knowing more about your system. I might crash once a month when editing and I'm using resolve 60+ hours a week. Most people crash do to hardware config.
