Hell yeah, long covid exists...last time I had covid was 2 years ago, now everytime I'm sick it feels like covid, when it started I was falling ill every week to two weeks, debilitating muscle pain, crazy fever...etc every blood test I did said everything was normal, doctors said it was probably long covid but said they couldn't do anything. I changed my diet, ate more meat and fat in general, stopped falling ill every two seconds. I still get exausted really fast and get sick when I push my luck.
I hope you'll find what's happening to you.
    Lot's of love !

One of my classmates did a thorough presentation on it in my physical disabilities class and I was astounded, it’s definitely real. I sometimes wonder if my fatigue is long Covid related or vaccine related…I can’t be too sure but I didn’t start getting extremely fatigued till after I had my shot (which I felt I didn’t need, only took it for the healthcare program)

Honestly the term long covid bothers me. Prior to covid the diagnosis was chronic fatigue syndrome or ME, its a legit long term health condition and its been around a lot longer than covid 19 has. Ive got hEDS POTS MCAS Fibromayalgia with ME/Chronic fatigue

Listen!! Long Covid is very real!! A very good friend of mine kept having a hard time breathing but like you she was a busy mom, worked from home, plus has her elderly parents to look after, she had Covid once a long time ago and has all the vaccines so she just kept brushing it off. And besides, when she had Covid it wasn’t even that bad….It slowly kept getting worse and worse to the point she was sleeping sitting propped up. One day she just couldn’t breath. Like she was gasping in small tiny breaths and her lips started turning purple/blue. She was rushed to the ER and they said long Covid. Eventually she was ok but it was a long healing process. If she would have went in sooner she would have been better off. I’m glad you’re checking for that!! Also check for blood clots on your lungs. That happened to another friend of mine about 8-9 months after Covid. Same symptoms, only when she started getting worse she went in because it scared her.

Anyone else concerned about long covid: since its relatively new, it is atleast very similar to CFS/ME which has been researched more, so it could ve worth looking into that and trying some of the suggestions for management of symptoms.

    • @Mel.H_

It's not new. There's a youtube channel called Live Abuse Free. She's a psychologist in the UK and got Long Covid in 2021

I had my implants removed 5 years ago due to stiff joints and generally felt tired and unwell when I had a battery of tests and the Dr's said I was fine & that it could be the implants. I had saline 330cc's (i stayed small C cup.) I feel much better now.

    I saw the menopause comment
I thought the same thing like pls don't say it cld be so😅.
My advice wld be to try to write down the times you can remember(maybe like birthdays\special occasions would stick in your mind better f years past of how you were feeling on those dates). Then keep writing daily- how you're feeling, what you're eating, how you're sleeping & what's going on. Then take all that info to a Dr. I just don't want you to freak yourself out worrying too much. I know it's hard but hoping there could be a simple solution.

I watched your vid about possible breast implant illness and tbh your symptoms definitely sound like they could be from long Covid, especially the shortness of breath. And I know it sucks trying to get answers from doctors, it’s a lot harder than most people seem to think to figure out chronic health issues. But I think you should keep investigating a little more before taking the implants out bc the surgeries are sooooo expensive and it would suck to get them taken out only to still have symptoms and try to get them done again but have a lot more scarring from 3 surgeries vs 1

Some people develop these symptoms after Covid or other viral infections (e .g. EBV), other people develop the same symptoms after the Covid Vaccine (or other vaccines). Unfortunately these symptoms are on the rise, and at younger and younger ages and doctors don't know what to do (except functional medicine practitioners). For anybody with an open mind and some discipline, I suggest to try Anthony William protocols for at least three months in order to see if it helps. (It does if you stick to it, I have gotten much better using them). May we all get better and stay better 🍀

to others who may not know

What about anxiety upsetting your body? Maybe you need meds for anxiety? Your symptoms make me think you were having a mild panic attack. Anxiety can give you odd symptoms from muscle spasms and pain to breathing issues. I hope you wait to get your implants removed cuz I wonder if you have generalized anxiety issues.
