Yes for bearings it's good for a clean/flush and to get something moving, but it won't last long as a lubricant. There's something called 'Lithium Spray Grease', which is an aerosol goes on the same as WD40, but quickly dries to a proper grease, which is the right thing for bearings etc once they are free moving.
Very aware bud, was said with a big dollop of sarcasm. Having dealt with the aftermath of people 'fixing' lubricated components with wd40, appreciate the response though. Folk go from one extreme to the other, either wd40 or full on splather red/marine grease everywhere where a spritz of lithium is all that was needed.@@thesunreport
@@stickydizzler Gotcha. I worry about these driveway mechanics, probably because I've been there myself. So now I'm a bit older and wiser in some ways on some days, I try and give good advice if I can, even if it's not always perfect. 👍
All EV’s should be in the scrap yard !!! Everything is specialised and expensive !!! Even small and simple things!!! Just avoid useless white elephants.
Bro those green wires are nothing to do with the car they are just surface temps where the hell did you get that from ? Because I work with prototype engines and we use the extly the same things to check temps of all the components .
clean them, like actually clean the vents and electrical cleaner in the sockets. If it worked at one point, its either the motor failing or a dirty connector
Try a compression test on cylinder 1. It’s a common issue with that make and model.
💀
Not a specialist but guess it may have something to do with the cut wires n the fact something is definitely not plugged in 😂
If that was the case then why would it pass the other times...?
There’s often blank unused plugs in cars that maybe don’t have a certain feature but the connections are still on the harness.
i want one of those wd40 plants for my garden too
Wd40 on bearings is always a FANTASTIC idea. Always.

Your complaint is that batterys are not good enough yet not Evs are crud
I agree
What fez do you have? I absolutely adore the older models
@ I have an 2008 diesel fez mate
Yeah dude! ICE cars till I die
Check ✔️ ya spark plug 😂😂 that will be the problem
Love getting fresh WD40 from the hedge
Oil cooler and coolant pump bearings have seized, way to fix is not wd40, use piss instead.
Who’s have thought designing a car not to be mass market repairable would make it a nightmare to repair
Get the ol' WATER DISPLACEMENT on there! 😂
Never heard anyone prononce "Wah Gwarn" as wag 1 before 😂😂😂
Then you are not from England …
@ok2366 I am, funny enough. He's pronounced it like a proper country bumpkin trying to be hood 😂😂
One thing is for sure, you won't try fixing up a Tesla again. 😀
My boss has one and nothing but problem after problem. Spends more time back at the dealership than anything else. What a heap!
WD water displacement!
Greece oil different mate
Dunno how some people still don’t understand this lol it literally says it on the can
Greece is a great place but not sure they deal with tesla 🤔
@@cobyferguson7903it says it lubricates on the can and their website lol…
@Sheet-Stores-Erewago go go Greece!😔
And that's why almost all crashed electric cars are written off it was already built to be disposable when it was new
Yeah of course
Probably dirty diesel 😢

Someone's been doing some cheeky testing 👀 probably came from copart...
Its like fixing a microwave
Original mate how did you come up with that 🤔
Microwaves are probably more dangerous
What a bodge job 😂😂
That car must of been used in like testing or something
Explain how you came to this conclusion
@@NeboReve we use the exact same thermocouple to check surface temps and hardware temps of engine and also the ambient temperature around the part
Wag 1, posh boy trying to be road 😂

Tale it off and give everything a good clean
