1)Mostly every house have same concept.
2) parallel kitchen.

As a subscriber I would suggest you:-
1) Try to bring new floor plan in newely video.
2)There is no problem in parallel kitchen but L shape look more premium.
3)Add a car in parking so that it would help us to think does this space is enough to park my car.
Those who are dreaming for their own house they can relate only why a perfect built house attract them. This house having everything which a normal middle class family needs, that's why on price point of view and design my opinion is best. Thanks for sharing this on a free platform. God bless you. I give this 9/10 , every aspect of the design is neat and nice as usual , but from past two or three videos I noticed that there is a small issue with ventilation of one bathroom .. otherwise everything is perfect , the usage of space , the colors , items etc.. I also hope you include a dedicated pooja room in the coming designs 😀

Reason is you made a phenomenal design but the first floor balcony or other utility area would be good if the plot has 3 side road or that much of space otherwise if the house is surrounded by the house this layout won’t give engough of light or ventilation

Reason: Normally oldies use ground floor bedroom and pooja is an essential part for them too...
How 9:-
Double entry in this size of the plot area is a fabulous use of space giving privacy along with style.
Putting half bath for common use because using a full bath is just a waste of money if every bedroom is having its bathroom.
Design is contemporary with all basic amenities.
