........ यह प्रोजेक्ट काफी पुराना है 2013 आपदा के बाद काफी समय के लिये रुक भी गया था। प्रोजेक्ट का प्राइस शायद इसलिये ज्यादा ओपन नहीं किया क्योंकि इस एरिया में आजकल रोज प्राइस बढ रहे हैं। और विडियो अपलोड होने के लंबे समय बाद भी जब लोग काल करते हैं तो उनको वही प्राइस चाहिये होता है जो विडियो में बोला था। इसलिये जो ग्राहक जिस दिन काल करेगा उसको उस दिन का रेट बता दिया जायेगा। शायद यही वजह है ज्यादा डिटेल नहीं देने का। मैं हरिद्वार से ही हूं। 5 साल पहले ये 1 bhk लगभग 18 लाख का था। अभी का रेट 3 bhk लगभग 80 लाख है। लेकिन ये श्यामपुर कांगडी का ग्रामीण क्षेत्र है। खुद का फार्म हाउस भी बनाया जा सकता है जमीन खरीद कर। लगभग 50 लाख रूपये बीघा अर्थात 9000 स्क्वायर फीट। यहां का बीघा बडा है। ये प्रोजेक्ट अच्छा है। लेकिन NGT की नई गाईडलाईन्स में अब गंगा के किनारे निर्माण मना है। लेकिन क्योंकि इनका निर्माण हो चुका है तो शायद इनको कोई समस्या नहीं होगी। शायद ये आखिरी प्रोजेक्ट होगा गंगा किनारे।

I have gone through the RERA registration of this project and RERA act & rules and prima facie found the construction of this project is HIGHLY SUSPICIOUS. … a huge illegal encroachment of riverbed is clearly seen … I suggest the buyers to make a intense in-depth investigation before you proceed in this project …
