Plant bulbs in Oct for spring in Zone 3

will be some good blooms in the spring and summer. :) I bought some bulbs last year but have developed some health issues so am unable to plant them in ground... I've stored them in buckets in peat in the garage, with the plan of planting them in containers in spring. Wish me luck!
