I work at Zarraffas on the Gold Coast in Queensland and it is so busy that I am walking around or quickly running around doing what I need to do quick because you have to make coffee's quick because it is a drive through one and I got to quickly do some of the cleaning inside while the other people make coffee's. It is so the people that want to sit inside can sit down I get so tired plus I am sweating alot and I get so exhausted because I am sweating alot I end up with eczema on the back of my neck really bad

I work in landscaping. There was a safety meeting on heat exhaustion, our administrator aka, boss, not an expert, said that people experiencing overheating can feel chills, and if so, hug the person to warm them up. This sounds completely incorrect, to me. Please help confirm or correct this?
