    Great Video! I'm new to home milling my wheat berries and was trying to find videos on how to make pasta from fresh milled Kamut flour and found this channel. I cannot eat modern wheat at all but ancient grains I can!!! I'll continue to watch your videos because they are informative and promote healthy whole foods. I'll still be on the hunt for a homemade fresh milled Kamut recipe but you got yourself a subscriber! God bless you for what you're doing 🙏❤️🙏

      Just don’t use her sour dough recipe. Lol. She admits it isn’t a good one. Food Nanny has a new Kamut sourdough cookbook coming out towards the end of the year or early next year. There is apparently a paper shortage and they are delayed getting it printed up.
