- This makeup artist used CLOWN MAKEUP on me, I'm not kidding, I literally found the same one on AMAZON !!! LOL
Well, the palette defo looked very similar so regardless it was definitely not a professional makeup palette - it must of have been some sort of costume halloween makeup palette for kids or maybe even stage performers, do you see what I mean?!
Bless this "makeup artists" heart but I paid for a glam makeup look, not for a clown makeup look LOOLLLLL

I really liked the make up. This feels unnecessarily critical. I just don’t understand the issues
I think you were a bit rough on the MUA in this video.
That is clearly not a "clown" makeup palette.
The MUA was sweet, and she actually did a great job. Only part that was off, was the eyebrows.
I think she made the title that in order to get views! A lot of TH-camrs do it.
Using a darker foundation to contour is actually a pro tip. It’s a way to get a more soft blend.
I don't do much makeup, but always thought it was ok.lol

Julia, sometimes you just exaggerate things that are pretty normal and try to make it a bad thing and not a good salon/artist. Stop it! This MuA is not perfect but she did a good job. Stop trying to pick everything they doo and make it a negative or gross. You are reaching!

Idk why you got it stuck in your head that it was clown makeup. There are a lot of basic palettes that look like that. I think the makeup looks really nice! I think her techniques were pretty good too with the shading on your lips, the contour & highlight.
For sure. It's just a customizable pressed shadow pan pallet. You can take the pan out whenever they are empty and put new ones in.
Regardless of what she used it’s really pretty! Your lashes looked great! That Violet Color popped on you. I get paying a hefty price and cheap makeup being used. The highlight was the only really not good thing chunky sparkles just sitting on your face.

Using darker foundation/concealer is actually a very common method and used by many sophisticated and pro MUAs. Lol
It gives a very natural subtle outcome. 🤗
I think she did a great job apart from not doing the brows. I quite like it when a darker concealer or foundation is used for contouring.
This was not a "clown" palette of 15 colors. It was 24 matte colors. You would not find many of those colors in makeup for children/clown.
I appreciate the MUA's effort to create a look. Was it a 10? Not quite. It was a solid 7, considering nothing done with your brows.

This video seems really mean spirited. She did a really great job. The eyeshadow and foundation looks really nice. Making fun of the makeup she uses when the end result turned out lovely. The only clown shit is your bad attitude

There is a big difference between eyeshadow and face paint. Clearly, judging from the application and end result, the artist is working with eyeshadow. I like the colors and I think her application is professional.

I think Julia is way more smug than Judy D and less polite. Judy goes in with a nice attitude and makes nice jokes. Julia is literally wretched sounding. I like watching because I like to learn how NOT to apply make up. But there is a lot about Julia herself that is irritating and underwhelming.

It turned out well. Wasn't clown makeup or face paint, the Amazon palette you showed wasn't the same as what she used at all.
Even if you think it was clown makeup it suits you.
The only thing that bothered me a little bit was the palette! Girl, it's obvious that the palettes you're comparing are not the same and it's NOT CLOWN MAKEUP! It's probably some brand palette that aspires to be "professional" and it had good pigmentation anyway, I feel like maybe you were trying to exaggerate a bit for the video! There's nothing wrong with saying you did a decent job :)

Maybe she was working with what she had. I don’t know how much she charged you but it looks like she took her time and did a good job. It really looked good. Also I really liked your brows natural. They’re full without being bushy. Sometimes when the fill them in it looks to stark
I would think it’s pretty well perfect had she filled the brows, blended the blush a little more & used less highlighter on the middle part of your face! She just needs slight tweaks to make her a best reviewed
Cool tones are definitely your friend. She was definitely skilled at application and brought out your best features! I think regardless of makeup brand it all comes down to the artist and how well they use it. I think her leaving your eyebrows alone was exactly what I’ve been wanting to see! You have eyebrows (naturally) that a lot of women must use eyebrow pencils to achieve. I think she did great! You look lovely.

Honestly, it's not that bad and the colors are way to pigmented to be some cheap kids makeup. Actual clown or theater makeup is btw really expensive and usually high quality.

So glad ppl r speaking out for the MUA.. Not perfect but stills.. The eyeshadow blending looks amazing.. Using fingers to spread the foundation is a pro technique.. I just wouldn't agree with the lipstick's shade nether the blush.. They r not complimenting the eyeshadow shade.. Otherwise everything looks pretty decent.. Judy d would love it n support this mua for not getting good reviews cuz she deserves better

Those eyeshadow colors are really pretty on you! The pink with all the sparkle was my dream look back in high school/college in early to mid 00's lol! This is by far the best of any worst rated makeup videos I've watched. Minus all the sparkle (or maybe it was just showing up extra sparkly on camera), I'd be satisfied with that makeup and application- it suits your complexion and hair color imo :)

It’s clearly seen that it is a pro palette (like MAC or other brand) and not the clown ones sold on Amazon. If we make a still image on what little of the palette can we see in her hand, you can understand only from the type of colors present in it!

I recently found your channel and have binge watched your videos. I feel like if you could take one or two techniques from most of the “artists” then you could build an amazing MUA. One thing I would change about all of them is their lack of sanitary precautions. YIKES!!!

C’est flagrant que la palette qu’elle utilise n’a rien à voir avec celles de maquillage de clown sur Amazon. Les couleurs sont moins vives, pas placées pareil, la palette est plus grande. Le salon est propre et bien tenu, le maquillage joli. Pourquoi ce titre moqueur ? Son travail vaut mieux que les maquillages loupés que vous avez pu avoir dans certains bouges de Barbès.

I really like it and the colours work nicely on you. The only thing that I didn’t like is the highlighter and I wish she’d blending the blush abit more as it’s abit stripy for me

It's not the same palette. The colour layout is different and the pigment is stronger in hers so I think she's using a professional matte eyeshadow palette that happens to have common colours in.

Hm, well she did a way better job than many of the others with posh palettes. The foundation was a nice match, the shadow is very flattering.
I think the MUA did a good job with this look. She was nice and polite and hygienic. I buy and use off brand palettes from Amazon and the quality is sometimes better than the brands

I'm going to have to try the combing of my bottom lashes, rather than mascara and see how it looks. It looked fine on you. And I have a bad habit of rubbing below my eye so mascara always smears.
I need to do this too. I find because of the length of my lower lashes there's always transfer.
I think you were a bit mean in this video. She did pretty well, no clown make up or palette on site and the foundation as contour is a good trick too.
I love the eye shadow on you, it's really very pretty and definitely not clown makeup. I have very pale skin, hazel/green eyes and light brown hair and use violet/purple/lavender colors in my crease with a very light color on my lids a lot because it makes my eyes pop. It also gives me the look of actually having a bit of a tan on my light skin, aside from some bronzer. Living in south Florida, everyone is tan and I don't sit in the sun a lot so I need all the help I can get. Anyway, I think the MUA did a nice job with the makeup aside from touching up your brows. I know you're paying for this and even though you probably don't want to ask, if it's something as simple as them just forgetting to do your brows, I would just ask them if they could fill them in for you. As for her getting some powder on your shirt, don't fret over it, just blow it off. It's like getting your hair cut and leaving with wisps of hair down your shirt, it's bound to happen. All in all, she did a good job.
Contour means shadows and highlights. It doesn't matter what is used to achieve that look. You're being petty as I think she did an excellent job with your makeup.

HellO. Je ne suis pas d'accord ça se voit que ce ne sont pas des fards à l'eau comme ceux pour les maquillages d'enfants xD Ne voit pas le "mal" partout ^^ ! Après appliquer le Diamond Bomb de Fenty en guise d'highlither ça je suis pas fan, ça à un meilleur rendu lorsque c'est appliqué sur le decolleté mais bon chacun ses gouts xD

Definitely not the same palette, at 12:25 you can see that hers has a lot more colours and I think it’s just a palette with many colours, not a clown one.
