Pretty sure I skied down Paintbrush/Toilet Bowl next to you that first deep week when the tram was open but thunder wasn't yet. Got down first and got to watch you + a friend hit some cliff. Or maybe it was some other ripper lol. Sweet video, excited for more!
Thanks for creating this. Really interesting and fresh perspective. As an avid consumer of ski content, this goes right up the favorites list!! Looking forward to the rest of the series!
Awesome vid. Fresh perspective and no one really touches on the mental side. Its good to go when you get the first edge in but dropping in most of the battle
That was rad. Such an inspiration when it comes to scoping these lines that intimidate us. I just finally sent a line I've been scared of for over 10 years last weekend. Such a rad feeling of accomplishment.
Hi Veronica - I just got recommended to your channel by the TH-cam algorithm after watching Kings&Queens - I'm subscribing and can't wait to see more. Also wanted to comment that I saw you hiking up with what I thought to be alpine boots (maybe GripWalk) but if you'll be doing more of this (climbing with ski gear on exposed rocks), would you be considering a Touring boot with vibram soles - at least for the grip when transitioning to hike/climb. I live in Europe and it's very common to see these boots - many big mountain skiers use pin bindings - curious to know your thoughts on pin bindings vs alpine in big mountain drops like in your video. Loved the video, keep it up!
Hi David! I use the k2 anthem boot that has gripwalk, pin toes, but no walk mode. I’ve loved them so far because I can use them with my kingpins but still get the stiffness I need on the way down. I do however have a more proper touring boot for longer missions, but everything off the tram at Jackson Hole is a pretty short hike, maximum 1 hour, so I don’t feel the need to wear the touring boots unless I’m skiing elsewhere, like grand teton national park where the approaches are long. Great question though! Everyone has their preference for touring gear, right now I’m loving the kingpins! Glad you liked the video!
Mini gothic is way more fucked than once inn my mind 😅 So many rocks to hit I kept seeing Veronica and this dude in Granite canyon while I was getting mile long face shots soolooo
Next time put your head under the water. The feeling when your head breaks the water is like the world is muted. Its an indescribable experience. I've been in salt water at 40 degrees.
This was great! On every level. Skiing and production. Loved it. Best thing I've seen in a long time. Go team Veronica!

Nicely done. Not sure all the other stuff mattered but if it mentally helped you by making it a process then good for it. Jackson looks great in snow.
amazing!!!
Amazing!
Nice!!! Did TGR produce this? The production quality was amazing. Look forward to next episode.
Nope, this was self-produced by me. But I hired the best cinematographers and editors in town! That's why it looks so high quality haha
Shout out to Wymans! Fellow Mainah here…
