The yellow cape person had plant because they were being consumed by darkness plants(like a darkness seed in fell into their eye or something) also a dark plant eyepatch cosmetic in season of shattering from darkness side also at end they turned into dark plant tree (because the person died and the plant begin to grow from their eye socket using the person's dead matter to grow) also it kinda looks like bread mould in real life
