Day 2 | Exploring The Magical Sabah | Polumpong Melangkap View Camp Site | Solo Camping

The second day in Sabah was the day I started my solo journey. I decided to try camping at one of the most popular campsites in Sabah, the Polumpong Melangkap View Camp Site.
The campsite gains popularity from its beautiful river, New Zealand - ish backdrop with the majestic view of Mount Kinabalu. Perfect spot for every nature lover. Make sure to add this place to your list if you are in Sabah. Trust me, it won't even burn a hole in your pocket. This trip is sure to be worth every penny.

Before I make it to the campsite, I make a quick stop at Jambatan Tamparuli, and the day I left the campsite, I visited a Fish Spa at Kampung Melangkap Tiong. It is the sanctuary place for extremely rare and expensive fish in Malaysia. Be sure to check these places too.

The scenery is absolutely Awesome! Since you like the nature so much, check these campsite out: Nohutu Ecotourism Campsite (Riverside), Dingin Batu Campsite up on the highlands that you can almost touch Mt. Kinabalu., Tongkoluson Campsite also riverside, the flowing water is so clean and so beautiful, it makes you cry.
